Here's my opinion. I'm an MIT educated EE and Comp Sci engineer (full 4 year scholarship) and an avid electronics buff for 50+ of my 64 years. He is not creating energy, folks and doesn't claim to.
It's all about efficiency, i.e. not wasting as much power as current motors and generators do. Numbers could and should be presented less sensationally. In other words, say you have an electric motor or generator that is wasting half of the input power compared to what comes out, 100 watts in, 50 watts out. Now, because, of proper use of back emfs and proper phase relationships, your motor heats up less and is now 80 watts is coming out rather than 50. Your efficiency is now 80 rather than 50, which is a 60% increase. You could call that a 160% better motor, but you shouldn't! You could also say the instead of wasting 50 watts you are wasting only 20 watts. The regular motor is wasting 2 1/2 times as much power. 150% more wasted power.
All that being said, I love this guy! No snake oil! No false claims. No pseudo science. Just a powerful human drive to make things better for humanity - why have motors and generators be so wasteful just out of habit, inertia, or big industry politics? Very inspiring! I have patents in the digital printing area. I wish this guy his tremendous well earned, both status and monetary success!
Did you happen to view the power information shown on the instrument in the first video during the eliptic
rotor tests. The power out to the lamps is much less than on quarter of the power into the drive motor.Assuming the drive motor to have at least 50% efficiency the eliptic generator seems very inefficient.

If you were actually any of what you said, then you'd understand unless we're operating at or near absolute zero, there will not be any appreciable efficiency gains. Those are slow painstaking gains made by engineers and scientists improving on designs. A schematic, a drawing and plans with improvements are made and reviewed and tested. The garbage this ahole is pushing is fake, undocumented and unplanned. Idiots like you who support fools like that deserve to occupy adjacent cells if the scam turns toward fraud if it hasn't already.

The inherent naivety held by many to that of scientific fields knowledge answering all, when theories, laws & rules govern seen progress outright. Intellect gained through knowledge can allow for views through the defined veil. To distinguish reality from realism is a gifted technique to a minimal percentage of the population, as truth & non conformity tends to harbor burden within modern life.

@@paulmichaelfreedman8334 It's not clickbait. It is widely accepted that all the machines humans build are wildly inefficient. Even the human body only turns about 30% of the energy we generate for muscular contraction,the rest is wasted in heat.
It's complicated but basically this man has created a way to reduce the "drag" of an induction motor SIGNIFICANTLY so it transfers over to more useful energy out of the system. It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if technologies that increase efficiency in such a drastic way are actively and deliberately oppressed.

Man: I'm not going to get into too much detail here...
In 1990 I worked for a food plant that created a lot of dust in Process. Large fans with large 460VAC motors turned the fans. The power supplier in the area generated most or all of their own power, a small company. They sent my maintenance supervisor a box containing capacitors and resistors to be installed on a 460VAC main power switch gear supplied by a stepdown transformer owned by the power company. I was only journeyman maintenance electrician working for the plant at the time, so I got the job of reading the instructions and figuring out how to make all the connections. After connecting the box to the power supply I was able to raise the pf from low 80's to round 94pf with motors running. It worked even better on fan/motor startup. There was a variable potentiometer to raise or lower the pf somewhat. The company was happy because we were paying less for same output and power company was happy becuase system pf was more balanced.

There is NOTHING "mysterious" about this. Inductive loads like motors create a lagging Power Factor. In cases where an establishment has a lot of motors, power companies often add a capacitor network to the service to bring the Power Factor back in line to reduce loads on the power company grid, and it incidentally reduces the power usage of the factory or business.
The fact that you are an electrician means you are well-versed in the practicalities and regulations of hooking up electrical equipment safely. That is very commendable and useful. However, if you had done even the most minimal schooling in an engineering school, you would have learned about this in the 2nd Year Electrical Power classes.
Thus guy is a natural speaker and teacher. He needs to give talks at all sorts of schools all throughout the country.

Scott, I know it's a long shot, but did you grow up in WC? I had a friend named Scott Novotny growing up.
Okay I'm gonna go through a few of the more massively glaring false claims here. In the first machine he puts in about 425 watts and gets out about 36 watts. An efficiency of 8.5%. And claims this is better than a commercial generator? Buul Crahp. Modern generators easily get above 90% efficient. All this is very inefficient transformer. In fact, the funky rotor actually reduces the performance. @14:26 he says that EMF and voltage are not the same. They are by definition. He says EMF is "the force that pushes current" but he says that the "pressure of the charge that cannot flow through the impedance" is voltage. Voltage is literally defined as the relative electric potential between two points in space. He then goes on to demonstrate that a voltage sags under load of the 300W bulb (as expected). But he claims @18:53 that the inductive reactance is "consuming" the voltage. Reactance (again by definition) does not "consume" anything. It simply stores energy from one portion of an AC cycle, and returns it in another. The second winding is simply a magnetizing field winding. It just applies a biasing magnetic field to the rotor. Nothing new, and nothing useful either. You can even hear the drive motor bog down under load when he turns the second bulb on. @28:20 he claims that power companies penalize you for having a low power factor, but this is not true. Power companies charge residences based on true power only, not apparent power. As for the device as a whole, none of his numbers add up. He is drawing 220 reactive watts from the wall. This is current that causes resistive heating and losses, but it does no work. It is 0% efficient. Essentially wasted energy (but he somehow claims that a low power factor is good?). The top meter claims 12.5 volts and 1.7 amps. This is 21 watts, not 29 as shown. This is an error of about 30%. It appears that the mode LED is not working on the WT110 meter, leading me to believe it's set to mean or DC instead of RMS. This would cause an error of root 2 (depending on the waveform) which would perfectly account for the extra power being displayed. On the bottom meter you can clearly see the green mode light is NOT set to RMS, so the same error has been made, the meter is computing the power from the average voltage which will completely invalidate the reading. In reality he has made a machine to take your household power supply from 99.99% efficient to about 70% efficient. Completely wasting the extra energy. He then says that this low power factor HELPS the power company!?? It is exactly the opposite. Low power factor causes losses that the energy company has to pay for. For the three phase motor he claims that the speed increases with voltage, but it's still synchronous. No it's not. A synchronous motor is locked in phase to the power BY DEFINITION!! If it rotates at a different speed than the power, it's not synchronous. The last motor is simply a switched reluctance motor. Nothing new here either. They can be useful under very specific conditions, but are generally larger and heavier than other types.
The other 82 - 90% of lost power is tranformed into Sound, obviously..

I'm just an electronic technician with many years of experience but I can tell that this man is an astute engineer. As for the viability of his designs it looks possible but without actually being there to test his equipment I couldn't tell.
Which is why he is showing you the readings with the attached meters. Do the math. He's made some truly incredible advances in efficiency to these systems. If you can't tell even that much without "being there" then I doubt very much that you could offer any value to any discussion regarding this topic.

I believe Mr. Murray has something here. Not too long ago, people were using power factor correction to lower the cost of electricity by raising the efficiency of motors through capacitive phase shifting. Essentially, the use of a capacitor or a bank of capacitors across motor windings increases efficiency by tuning the electromagnetic load to the power line frequency (60Hz). The power companies use that method all the time to correct for line loses and and to compensate for back EMF currents. All Mr. Murray is doing is taking the wasted energy created by an electromagnetic device, flipping its phase and adding it to the incoming power, thereby using the back emf to do work in tandem with the forward emf. It's not voodoo nor any other free energy 'device'. It is just science. Now let the name calling and attempts to discredit begin. RA

Good point here, but to add to that what he is doing with the S.E.R.P.S system, regarding the subject of power factor, or really inductive reactance, circuit loads, is going further, & showing that the input side from mains is powering an inductive/reactive type of circuit where Var power is usually the result. But the S.E.R.P.S circuit shows that it's possible to do that with Watts power!, and if you don't mind me saying that's some next level Tesla shit! :)

Electrical Engineer here. He is simply demonstrating basic electrical power factor adjustment that is taught in every electrical technician school and used daily in designing any facilty using large electrical motors. Nothing ground breaking I could see.

It's all too often that I come across a video like this with thousands of comments from very naive people. I just hope that there happens to be compounded number of them on youtube. It's hard to fathom how people are willing to believe whatever they want to believe without skepticism. What he has shown is basically a bunch of lights, gauges, and switches. He does not show anything that a hobbyist couldn't throw together in a few weekends and put together a complete make-believe story behind it. All you would have to do is sell it. 12:27 He's putting 122 watts through the generator coil while he's running the lights at 40 watts. (67.7 volts at 1.77 amps for the coil, 12.3 volts at 3.25 amps for the lights.)

Additionally, the input current does increase to compensate for the 40W load. 12:03 the input power is about 435W ( 87V*5A) and then when he turns the lights on the current jumps up to about 5.4A so 0.4A increase meaning the input power increases by roughly 35W. Nothing particularly surprising here..
+Jack Kilian Right, I'm not an expert in electrical generation but it seems like he starts off with the motor using around 130 W. Then he increases the electromagnetic field and the current jumps to around 5, giving a power around 435 W. Not exactly a surprise, and of course we have to consider the energy he's using to generate that field also.
Then when he turns the lights on, the current increases to 5.4 A for a power increase of around 35 W. Given how inaccurate the gauges are jumping all over the place, this hardly seems surprising. He's added a load and the urrent increased.
Even if we grant him the 5 W discrepancy, given how much energy was being wasted in the first place since he was doing no appreciable work it's hardly surprising he found 5 W from somewhere.
So unsurprisingly we seem to have another person claiming to have uncovered Tesla secrets, showing some lamps come on and some numbers, and trying to raise money for their 'groundbreaking' work. At the very least this is a failure in communicating exactly what he's accomplished.

Demonstration 1 - Dynaflux Alternator
For the first part of the video, the alteration he made on his type of generator, reduces the resistance generated (by the laws of physics that you cannot create energy) that is applied to the created magnetic field (rotation) the moment you close the breaker and start to tap into the generated magnetic field. (generating electricity out of momentum force created from a magnetic field. Basically what a normal generator does.) But if what he claims in values is true than a more sophisticated version of his prototype would indeed be a very big increase in efficiency. I can follow him in his explanation that the oval shape changes the resistance compared to normal generators. It also makes sense to me that the momentum created in this oval would create a more efficient flow. He does not claim at any point that he creates energy out of nothing.
He shows the effectiveness of his generator by lighting up the lamps with the exes of energy that is made available simply from his countering of the counterforce that is applied when extracting electricity from the process. The lamps merely serve as a user for the energy that is not waisted by his setup, on the contrary to traditional generators. Even if this extra output would only be a mere 1%, it would make whole of our energy creating systems 1% more efficient. 13 minutes far in the video I find his work rather very intriguing. The two people commenting above my reaction have had at least some education in the field of electricity, as I can read from their comment. So now I am surprised as to why they seem so little interested. To be continued..
A point that comes up to my mind at this time is to wonder if he (the inventor) has tested his oval shape in multi compositions of metals. For instance to make the ends of the oval out of pure lead, increasing the weight in the momentum points and thus the momentum, in combination with using lower weight metals (but obvious still metals with a high amount of electrons per atom) in the center could this create extra efficiency?
Demonstration 2 - Transforming Generator
He has a setup where he creates a certain stable power output. Without a user in the group, the output reads 59,2V with the lamp turned on, user in the circuit the voltage drops to 15,6V
45V missing? So what he explains here, is that the moment you add a user onto the output of a generators circuit, the back pushing forces inside the produced magnetic fields consume the 45 missing Volts. Inductive reactants principle. Later he explains that that generator only has 2 coils inside. So this demonstration shows an alternative way to get partially around the Inductive reactants principle. As normal generators require quite some coils in them, this would enable to build generators cheaper and make the process cost us less natural resources, in this case mainly copper. Again I find his work very intriguing. His alternative way includes a closed circuit that leads into the second coil and thus as he claims getting around the Inductive reactants Principle.
If I understand correctly, than after charging one coil, he then charges the other coil by creating a closed circuit to it. And then afterwards releases all the stored energy from both coils into the lamps. Again this seems like a more efficient way to produce electricity. And in this case also a direct resource saving way in the creation of the parts itself.
Demonstration 3 - Switched Energy Resonance Power Supply (S.E.R.P.S.)

I'm a mechanical engineer with a degree in physics, including the fundamentals of electromagnetism so I have some appreciation for what he's talking about. It may be that I don't understand some of the underlying concepts or systems he is assuming knowledge of, or that I have completely misunderstood what he's trying to explain. But the video appears to be trying to explain his device in layman's terms for people to understand, so I think at the very least he is not communicating it well.
The very title of 'amplifying power by 5000%'; seems rather odd and open to interpretation, depending exactly what they mean by 'amplify'. A stereo amplifier can easily amplify an input by 50 times so it's not even that impressive a claim to make.
But I'm sure I am misunderstanding something. So, perhaps if you understand it so well, please explain it?

For anyone still saying this is BS, take a closer look at Kirchhoff's Second Law and take note of what the Back-EMF in the motor windings is actually doing, once you figure it out you realize all motors are at a base level 200% efficient minus the other losses, the voltage of the CEMF is neither lost or an abstraction, if it was an abstraction it wouldn't be capable doing real work in the form of CEMF, it's under-unity only because that voltage is *rising* in the opposite direction as a result of the motors generator function being activated by the induction of supplied power.
E[a] - E[c] = E[e]: 100% - conventional losses.
But if we change that to
E[a] + E[c] = E[e]: 200% - conventional losses.
Mechanical energy output / Electrical Energy Input = Efficiency
Example: 634 Watts / 746 Watts x 100 = 85%
Mechanical energy output / *Effective* Energy Input = Efficiency
Example: 634 Watts / 373 Watts x 100 = 170%
Take a look at Tesla's patent 390,414 where Tesla states numerous times the coils are in "one or more pairs" and "independently energized" and ufopolitics's asymmetrical motors based on the info in that patent. Continuous Current (DC) with 0 time change won't work.
Electric motors and generators are already very efficient (95%).. claiming 5000% more "power" from them and still claiming you aren't trying trying to make a over-unity device or perpetual motion is an oxymoron

As an 80 year old retired lecturer in electrical engineering I commend your approach to a subject a little difficult for the average electrician to understand. You have , without a doubt, explained the basic principles and demontrated clearly the areas of your research. It is clear that you have spent time and money ( not to mention expertice) to be able to demonstrate the concept.
I have used your demontration to explain to my mature students (Yes I'm still doing it) the importance of your research.

For all the naysayers - this man is trying to keep his explanations in the simplest terms for you to understand. I found his methods very logical. Capture the full potential of a generator to create the most efficient system. It's all about finding and using a sort of wasted aspect of energy to increase efficiency. I thought he did a great job of explaining his methods and didn't make any outrageous claims whatsoever. To those who are accusing him of being a snake oil salesman I can only say - better to keep your mouth shut and be perceived as a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.

At 12:06, he had input power of 475W and output power of 40W. (Without magnetic field input power is 130W. With magnetic field and without load input power is 432W.) So what would you conclude out of those measurements? "Let's not bore people with more measurements nor details"?
DING! We have a winner. It takes about ~500W to turn the contraption, another ~120W to energize the generator, and he gets a magical 40 f'ing watts out. Sure, it places far less drag on the rotor, but at 7% efficiency!

Indeed yes he is. He reminds me of an instructor in a class which I was assistant. It was a college coarse from which I received my masters. I was 1st Yr high school. The instructor and I built a shop at his house and 'toyed' with these concepts and many others. My preferred field was RF communications and audio. Very good presentation. 👍

Once power has been absorbed, it represents energy that has transformed into heat. So power is used or generated just once, unless you use the temperature difference to recover some of the energy that was absorbed, transformed into heat.
You are right, these experiments are a waste of time. Learning some basic stuff about physics and electricity would be a good idea.

Someone more knowledgeable than I needs to evaluate what he has done to see if this is true. For most of his life, Tesla did sensible and practical work, and did not have "secrets". The big example is efficient transmission of energy using alternating current flowing on the outside of wires.
Only toward the end of his life did he become withdrawn and secretive, but even then he did not really hide his interests. Power, in any modern device, simply cannot by amplified by 50 times. That is obvious to anyone who has done well in high school physics.
And, except for relatively tiny prototypes, Tesla's desire to see the safe wireless broadcast of energy was never successful. It is not even clear that being around high-power radio waves, at any frequency, is good for one's health.

if u look into the successful permanent magnet arrays for propulsion .. the wobbling generator he shows first seems to be using the same effect .. .there are patents on permanent magnet motors that work.. the reason we donot have them is simple .. The oval magnet in its design is obvious to me. I didn't find a job in electronics engineering after I graduated into the era of the Jimmy Carter administration, instead, I still had to work in hardware stores until I could go into welding then machine tool. The oval design is 'pulling' wattage into the coils by emf not by the pressure of voltage.

Lenz's Law deal with this, the flow of current driving a motor induces an EMF that flows in the opposite direction to the the current that produces it. SIMPLE.

Refering to the first demonstration.
So current drawn by the the motor trippled when the field coil was switched on (1.5A to5A) and then jumped another 10 percent (5.5A) when current was drawn from the generator. Therefore the power drained from the motor by the lamps increased motor current 0.5A and that required to energise the generator magnetic circuit increased motor consumption 3.5A even when no useful output was taken, so 7 times as much energy is required to maintain magnetic flux as is used by the bulbs.
He is right in that his generator requires very little extra power to produce electrical output. However this is because the generator is using a large amount of power to produce useless heat in its (unlaminated) rotor even when producing no useful electrical output.
I could make a car use hardly any more gasoline when it is accelerating than when it is idling. All i have to do is drill a hole in the carburettor float bowl so that much more fuel leaks out than is used by the engine.
Outstanding work you are doing. I worked in electrical field for 54 years. Mostly as an hourly worker but with times of salaried work as well. I would have loved to be able to work in a large shop experimenting and building electrical projects and designs. Opportunities lost.

Yeah, You don't have power going in and out at the same time with electricity, the two different things would be happening simultaneously, and cancelling each other out. So basically the 'motor' would just present a very high "reactance" and not turn at all. (meanwhile the thing is making a large grinding noise, a special kind of sound which has negative power?). That IS a very "sucky" sounding motor but that is not the sound of free energy being sucked out of the ambient medium. Its the sound of a beautiful looking but silly and ineptly designed motor with lots of extra friction making a nasty grinding noise as it wastes energy. Especially silly is the idea that 100 watts are going into the motor, causing it to turn, and meanwhile it is generating 150 watts coming out. As i said in another comment, that means he is getting free energy, which he should just sell, to make infinite profits, since it costs nothing to make. Amplifying energy 5000 % is nonsense. Its the baloney that's amplified 5,000%. Silliest thing yet, IS, You CAN get "free" energy from the sun, or wind, or discharging the ionosphere into a Tesla coil, which were in fact among Tesla's ideas that he put into practice, in various limited ways. The energy in those cases ultimately comes from the sun, as Tesla describes in great detail. Why no one seems to have a UA-cam video with an accurate description of Tesla's ideas for harnessing the suns energy is beyond me. Tesla published a pretty detailed theory, notes and photo's in the Century magazine in June 1900, in a lengthy article entitled "The problem of increasing Human energy, with special reference to harnessing the sun's energy'. He DID NOT suggest he had invented a perpetual motion machine. He was a REAL scientist!

His talk of opposing torque requiring more input power to the motor is 100% true, that is how these systems work. His alternate design supposedly lowers the amount of additional input under load, but in no way did he demonstrate this.
A 10% gain would be significant, if you think of running a generator from a gas motor. More generation per tank, but again, he did not show us anything.

Get them to characterize it and produce a datasheet of it so people can start designing for it.

Modern motors and generators boast efficiencies of over 95%, with some as high as 98%. What does this mean? Well, efficiency is power-out divided by power-in (normally expressed as a percentage). So an efficiency of 95% means that 5% of the input power is lost, usually in the form of heat. At one point in the video he talks about an efficiency of 341.19%. It is not possible to have an efficiency greater than 100% since that would imply that you're getting more power out than you are putting in. Strangely, elsewhere he acknowledges that you can't do that.
In a.c. systems, power is not equal to volts x amps unless the voltage and current waveforms are in phase. If they are not in phase, then some (or in extreme cases, all) of the power at one point in the cycle is fed back to the source in a different part of the cycle. A proper watt meter will take this into account, whereas something that simply multiplies voltage time current will not do so. So this is probably what is confusing him.

Supposedly, this guy has been working with electricity his whole life. But he called a power meter a "watt meter." Watt is the unit for power. He also called a multimeter the wrong name. And He is unaware that ferrous metals are an excellent conductor of electromagnetic force and air is a terrible conductor of the same. This threw up some red flags for me.
Do you know why you can't get a perpetual motion machine? The second and third laws of thermodynamics. If there are no parasite losses from friction or vibration. There will certainly be some because his dynaflux motor need to be counterbalanced, to compensate for the shape and it's rotation. A perpetual motions machine is a closed system. So why do they all need to be started? Shouldn't they all just self start?
A light bulb is basically a dead short in a partial vacuum so light is produced instead of just heat. but the readings changed according to which type of dead short the electricity was passed across. That should not be happening as a coiled filament in a light bulb has only a minimal resistance increase, as opposed to a dead short. It's so small that it wouldn't be more than a tenth of an ohm.
And I am not an Engineer or an Electrician or Electronics tech. But I can do the math and I can tell you that E over R equals I and that formula never fails. Another way to write that is E= I(R+r) Show me the math and I will believe that instead of a video.

I just doubt it is more than a con job for easy money, or he would already be marketing it that way. Simple common sense if the door is locked try another, or climb through a window. An invention not in production doesn't make the inventor any money. I know what it means to make sacrifices, all I need is "patent pending" and banks will loan me all the money my credit will stand. I would tread very carefully here, with giving this man money. I raised the just under $14,000 dollars it took for the engineering and to get an invention in the patent process. It took me 12 years, but I did it. It was almost all my own money too. My cousin and my best friend each bought a percentage according to how much they could afford to lose. Also I have seen Jim Murry on UA-cam before, demonstrating different inventions with the same equipment and in the same shop if my memory is correct.
Perpetual machines need a starting force to begin the cycle. There is a cool experiment you can do with a funnel, a tube and some water that will create a perpetual motion but it needs a force generated from pouring water in to start it. I'm not saying his machine is legit but I don't think that alone is a reason to write it off as a scam.

A perpetual motion machine is not impossible, but creating a machine that can do more than merely move is impossible. Even then, the supposed perpetual motions machines I have seen take an input of mechanical energy to start them. They do not turn forever, but instead through leverage or fluid dynamics turn for a prolonged period of time until the initial force used to start them is consumed. What part of this is it you failed to grasp on your own?
Any machine actually capable of producing more energy that it consumes would self start and the challenge would be how to keep it from running all the time. That is just simple common sense, coupled with a uneducated mechanics knowledge of machinery. I was working fixing machinery since I was 10 to help support my Mother and brothers and sisters.
Electricity is the least efficient way to make a perpetual motion machine, because it takes displacing electrons from their atomic orbit around the nucleus of the atom. That only words on ions which have extra electrons in orbit. To get the displacement you have to first create an ion then use another electron to displace one of the electrons in the outer shell which can only be done when the outer shell is full. That is why electricity is inherently inefficient and the transmission of DC current is limited to about 2 1/2 miles through wires. AC current is better but it takes 10 times the energy to get the current to your house from the generation plant, than what you use in the same time period. Since you didn't get what I wrote about before, I will assume you won't get this connection either.
Think about all those loops of copper wire inside a motor, an alternator or a generator, and since they are wired in series the electricity has to travel through multiple loops. Parallel would be more efficient, but the electricity still would move a long distance. Are you beginning to understand the connection? The distance the electricity travels inside those devices eats up energy before a magnetic field is even generated, so a motor take more electricity to generate less mechanical force and a generator takes more mechanical force to generate less electrical energy.
Eventually I did go to college and completed a 4 year degree in 3 1/2 years because I knew how to work hard to get what I wanted. It's more about hard work and giving the professors what they want, than intelligence. And if you STILL DON"T UNDERSTAND THEN...
You need to educate yourself and there are many good engineering channels on UA-cam that will give you the information you need.

This is basically just a Rotorverter. If you want to make one, replicate the Rotorverter technology. The key here is that he is using standing waves in the LC circuit and he is centering the voltage node across the lightbulb. Any time you tap standing waves (aka voltage and amp node) to run your load, 'anomalous" amounts of energy can be produced. As a mid 20's getting my bachelors in mechanical engineering (not too wild about any of my classes, but interested in designing and the physical world), I find this video great. There are hundreds of under-lying layers of theory and math that he does not delve into. If he wrote a paper on this, I would imagine it could be hundreds to thousands of pages long, explaining everything in rigorous detail. For someone that can comprehend this, I commend them. I hope to accomplish something like this in my time, if not to keep progressing technology to help the human race.

We'll take his first contraption, assuming his digital meters are reasonably accurate which they should be and then applying Ohm's law math we find that he is putting in way more power than he is getting out of it, yet postulating that he has improved efficiency. At around 4:00 he shows a rotor which he says is common in a small generator. It is absolutely NOT. I have never seen such a rotor, wonder from which device it is. Then he tells that the power is taken off the rotor which has not been done on an AC generator since the days of Edison. Then at the first demonstration he shows that two flood light are power by the generator's output while the DC motor is virtually not consuming any power at all. Only 5A at 80V. That is about 400W. At 13:30 I stopped wasting my time watching. I just cannot imagine that this person invests hundreds and thousands of hours to build this fantasy devices.

@@abrahamedelstein4806 A generator rotor has 2, 4 or more poles. The poles can clearly be identified. They are straight and not ever slanted. Generators of this small size run at 1500 or 1800 rpm and hence have 2 poles. Neither is the produced power EVER taken off the slip rings or commutator.

Electrric motors do get very hot, which is not due to friction at the bearings. The back emf is what makes old electric motors so inefficient and expensive to run. Recapturing this back emf and re-using it is certainly the future of electric motors. If power companies didn't penalise you for doing this, all domestic electric motors would now be using these systems. Please understand that it is only converting the wasted heat to electricity, not creating more electricity than goes in. Impressive research!

The actual reason motors get hot is the I-squared times resistance power applied to the windings.If the back
emf were to be reduced more current would flow through the windings at any rpm and power in those
windings would still heat the motor. The only way one could reduce the power heating the motor would be to lower the resistance of the wires used. I don't believe that one could capture the back e.m.f. and have useful energy.

The heat generated by the windings of a 50 HP compound DC Motor is of a minimal value, dissipated with a fan would not produce enough energy to heat water for a cup of tea.
Actually that's a complete crock, all motors under load will have to shed heat. I work on pumps, drive motors, fan motors. Motors hooked to pumps, motors hooked to blades, motors hooked to gears and motors hooked to belts.
If you really want to be inefficient about it, add another pump, spend a lot of money to run plumbing around the motor, suck off the waste heat using more electricity to move the pump and extract the heat with liquid. Pay the plumber to hook it up and fix it when it leaks. When it leaks and ruins your pump and it's electronics you can pay to fix that too.
Thing that people never understand, if your idea was more efficient AND therefore cheaper, they'd be doing it already in a massive way. But it's not so they don't. You have to pay the plumber who has to buy gas to come fix what I just described to you. That's an inefficiency you never planned for eh?

These things take money to scale up. Also, you have investors that have billions if not trillions of dollars invested in the old ways of doing things who would lose money should these cheaper or even almost free energy devices appear on the market.
Utility bills aren't free either. If I had free energy tech, I'd at least build something big enough to run an outbuilding, or an arc welder or a bug-out RV. But all that any of these guys can manage is to run a few light bulbs. It says something about these "technologies." Either they're impractical, or they're hoaxes. Nobody goes from proof of concept to venture funding. You have to build a working prototype before any savvy investor will touch you. I'm calling BS.

Tesla's "D_ath ray" was implemented in the 1940s in germany and then a version was later developed by the U.S. army - the "Active Denial System" (you can find it on wiki and also by searching on the name). It focuses very high frequency electromagnetic waves (microwaves).
There was a vehicle that used a version of his device on November 4, 1957 at Fort Itaipu, Brazil. (search on "incident november 4, 1957 fort itaipu").
I work with a small EE/physics team on artificial gravity devices. We have not yet 'connected the dots' from Tesla to artificial gravity to 1940s germany, but germany was developing art grav stuff at that time, and since they copied his focused high frequency RF beam devices, it's possible that when Tesla mentioned "dynamic gravity" that he had documented it and germans got wind of it.
Our first device was a Lorentz disk, a copy of the shape of the generic vehicle:
1) thin aluminum layers, each separated by insulation - this foil-insulator-foil-insulator etc. lamination is oriented horizontally
2) vertical and axial (centered) magnetic field
3) radially- and horizontally positioned coils, close to but not touching the foils lamination
4) the coils were fed by 16.28Mhz, chosen due to the skin depth based on the thickness of the foil
The vertical, centered B field, and the radial, horizontal induced currents developed the Lorentz force (right hand rule, recall) leading to coherent accelerations (oscillations) of the charged particles in the metal at the 16.28Mhz rate

When I worked class 318 at the USPTO up to 1981, I had a lot of DC brushless motors and a fair share of odd ball designs -- but nothing like this. I also had class 290 which included all perpetual motors when connected to a dynamo. In class 290, the law allowed a requirement for a working model presented by the inventor. I had a lot of 'interesting' presentations under this but never had such a level-headed inventor as this person. I'm convinced.

There's other options to make it work but involves a gas engine as the workhorse. There's free gas that can run a engine to turn the generator motors. It's still free almost perpetual energy but it isn't totally perpetual you have to oil and keep the "gas" engine running or use a battery bank like would solar an just start the "gas" engine when battery bank drops 40% or less of its charge

You can mount weights to a horizontal cylinder and push them out, causing the cylinder to rotate, and then retract them before they become detrimental. So, going down the length of the horizontal cylinder, you've got a symphony of weights extending and retracting, using "gravity" to rotate the cylinder....... simple!
You could use a large diameter wheel and spray water on rim buckets. Wheels are, essentially levers and levers mechanically amplify power. Once up to speed, have the wheel power a generator which powers the pump plus other things.
You could use nothing but permanent magnets. Just make mechanisms to physically move magnets out of the way when they would interfere with rotation.
You could make a new kind of amplifying transformer. Throw out the conventional transformer core and mount coils on individual cylindrical cores and sandwich these cores between 2 steel plates. Have one main core supply a multiplicity of other cores, thus amplifying the original power.
You could make self - amplifying cores by winding them with cables instead of individual wires. When the power leaves the core, reroute it to another wire on the input side of the coil..... rinse and repeat until you're left with one input wire and one output wire. Each time power leaves the coil, it's re-routed through an input wire..... self amplification.
Free energy isn't difficult, one just needs to learn to think differently - apart from the herd. :)

The man in the video may very well be intelligent, but there is nothing extraordinary happening. He's not creating energy, which he said so himself. He's not getting more energy out than what is being used. He's not putting in 100 watts and getting 110 watts out, for example. What he is demonstrating is simply how efficiently you can generate power.
Power factor is as old as electricity. It's basically something like this- if I burn X amount of fuel and get Y amount of watts, a low PF means you'll use more fuel to do the same amount of work. Y doesn't increase. You don't get more watts than before, you just burn less fuel. It's about efficiency. Think about this- low PF: using 100 watts of mechanical energy to produce 80 watts of electrical energy. High PF: using 90 watts of mechanical energy to produce the same 80 watts of electrical energy. The output is still less than the input. It's pretty much like fuel mileage. If you use a 1000 hp engine to drive 60 mph it's going to use more gas than a 100 hp engine in the same car going 60 mph.
It doesn't matter what you do, you will never reach even 100% efficiency. There are always losses. Friction isn't something you can overcome. Back to the car analogy, your engine may make 100 hp at the crankshaft, but due to losses in the driveline, the actual power measured at the tire will be less, say 90 hp. The video is attempting to shrink that loss to its lowest possible point, so instead of losing 10 hp, you only lose 6 hp. You will never be able to say- "the engine is making 100 hp at the flywheel, but 120 hp at the wheels.

Also, there's been a bunch of papers and work that states theoretically you can damn near get to 100% if not totally, depends on the environment, temp, different gravity, ect. Hell not only are they still finding out that Einstein's theories were correct that he wrote theororized, black hole that they found now working on white holes. Next, theirs a ton of stuff that they still can't get to work of Tesla's, even when they believe it's made correct. A lot of his designs are known and proven to have worked by other scientists of the day testing and learning about them. Basically, what I'm trying to say to, is just because you've ONLY built 2 of the devices and haven't even gotten close to the "Golden" 100% efficiency, (which I don't believe is possible but getting very close to it I very much believe it's capable) get back in your workshop or lab and build another one. To be honest, no one here has the ability to rate this man's work in any way. You either do not have the knowledge or you do not have first hand information. What is needed is a second opinion, from another group of scientists/engineers that replicate the suggested improvements and can corroborate his findings. This man knows what he is talking about from the technical point of view, but he is selling his fish only on the consumer side. The general lack of undertanding of the electrical phenomena of the majority of the people, specially in alternating voltage & current environment, causes so many "emotional" opinions in these comments. The fact is that any load that is non-resistive (like windings of any kind and capacitors) creates voltage and current out of sync on AC circuit, causing all sort of "misundertanding" around the so-called "real power" and "reactive power". Energy companies know all of this very well, the matter is that they don't want to receive back the reactive energy coming back from these devices because it would cost them twice : first to generate and deliver the energy, and second to handle the return. There are several implications in voltage line regulation, transformers sizes, cable sizes, unexpected spikes, ..... all costing a lot of money to work around. That's why energy companies charge an extra $$ if your power factor goes below 0.85 (meaning a too reactive load) because the whole energy distribution system would need to be overrated to withstand the very reactive load. I'm sorry to say but it's all about money remaining in each respective pocket (producers or consumers). The very truth is that in the end, the overall system efficiency improvement (producer AND consumer) is probably neglectable.
I guess that's why nothing is going to happen and this man will continue the research for many years to come.
In my own modest way, I have been involved with inventions that disrupt the present way of doing things and have been frustrated for many years by most of the establishment's unwillingness to even consider let alone trial despite obvious demonstratable advantages... The simplest way I have come across for removing back emf is in a water pump and wheel turning a generator.
When a load is applied to the generator there is no effect on the water pump.

It seems, at first look, this is simply a method of controlling reactance. At 0 Reactance (0 pf), the VA equals the Watts. Unfortunately, running a system a 0pf is not really possible because of the demands of the circuit connected to it. Resistance and Capacitance of circuits determine the amount of reactance applied by generator controls at the outlet. In most power generators, lagging reactance is usual because of the nature of the system.It is rare to run leading reactance and not really possible to run 0 VARs. Eddy currents become unstable. Certain areas of the generator become overheated. I ran utility generator systems and control circuits for generating stations for many years; In our systems running a zero pf was not possible, I need to watch this video again, as I have been retired for over 20 years and probably am a little rusty. Anyway, a very interesting video; thanks for posting it.
When Power factor is 0 then VA is equal to VAr and a PF of 1 is VA equal to Watts. An generator has an AVR that control Reactive power to regulate voltage. A synchronous generator that only supplies/consumes reactive power is known as a synchronous condenser. They are pretty common. Same function as STATCOM and SVC.
The guy in the video is a fraud. He uses jargon out of context. Rotating machines are older than ICE. Some would say our knowledge of the field of rotating electrical machines has reached a limit or is saturated(pun intended). No new innovation is made on the magnetic circuit side of motors only small incremental improvements.
Fantastic breakdown of what hes really doing. As commets have said his high tech has been around for damn near 100 years. Most modern motor/generators already use a bias cut rotor usually made of of thin plates to minimize histerisis (spelling? ), from a single giant chunk of steel.
You said it was a 300w lamp, when you turn the lamp off you had 60v on the non resistanced circuit, when you turned the lamp on you had a voltage drop of 45v.
So you have your resistanced circuit or lamp tied in parallel with the transformer.
That's a hard voltage drop for just 300w.

Electrician here. There's a lot to dig onto here, and some of it is over the fence of my knowledge, but all the parts that I can fully understand make total sense. And in fact he's not claiming free energy but energy efficiency !
