Personally I believe the less government is involved in our lives the better. We are begining to recognize serious systemic problems in our communities. What we are lacking is visionary and workable solutions that help us to again support the family in it's fundamental function of raising our youth and securing that long term support that men and woman both desperately need.

The reality though is that fathers are not in a position to redefine any of those things. We can barely manage to scrape enough time together to discuss among ourselves what the most serious issues are and how best to handle them much less to rally enough support behind us without falling victim to cancel culture from a gynocentric opposition who will do whatever it takes to maintain the status quo.
I absolutely agree that we are beginning to recognise serious systemic problems in our communities... The smart ones got out, and became mothers in a stable family by their mid 20s, thus getting out of the fiercest of that competition. Not so many of them doing that, today.

When I was a kid, (ages ago) my aunt said the same thing and refused to hang out with other women because of the unnecessary drama. Most of her friends were guys. One thing I personally noticed is that, you would be minding your business and no girls would show any interest in you. However, as so one starts to show interest, all of a sudden the whole crew is interested. It's just that they want to prove to themselves and to show other women that if they can get this guy, I can get him too and tries to sabotage the first girl who showed interest. This is just sad.

Had my ex wife not measured herself against her sisters, not cheated on me and had grown with me, I would be making well over 130K a year and I would be ahead of the game. She wasn't happy and regressed back to her alcoholic, lying, BF who she left a year before I married her. This year, I would have been close to retiring. I learned, I should stay on purpose, never deviate and never, EVER let a woman disrespect you if you are a noble man. Sad thing is three women jaded me to the point that IF a great woman at my age showed interest, I would walk away saying "That's great, have a great day. BYE". I am teflon at this point and the peace and satisfaction is PRICELESS.......On a side note; My four other MALE co workers have APPLAUDED, encouraged and lifted me as my success has grown. They are great guys. We lift each other and who ever gets first place is given genuine compliments. Fourth place dude? We help sharpen his skills so he can win. No drama, no hatred, just a team killing it.

I grew up around women, the majority of the people in my family are women.
One thing I can say is, although in the rare occasions that men don't like each other it gets taken to the worst of extremes (fights, murder). And even after fist fights, I've seen guys become friends.

Just something I've noticed. I believe everything comes back to nature and nature is most powerful. And I think it's deeply ingrained in female nature to automatically view us as these animalistic brutes that need to be tamed and civilised. Look at how they act in relationships. Look at TV and movies. The "Beauty and The Beast" archetype has endured in movies for eons. Twilight and 50 Shades off the top of my head, I'm sure there are many more examples. I'm pretty sure it's because this archetype resonates deeply within the feminine soul. And they play it out over and over again.
It's annoying because we're not brutes who need to be tamed and we all know what happens in a relationship when she bitches you up. But you can't stop nature.
