- In this video I try to make a fire using willow tree sticks
The trunk of my rather old willo tree finds it very difficult to get embers from the friction of this wood
The resulting dust is sticky and coarse
With my younger willow trunks, it was easier to get embers due to friction

O Dalem conseguiu uma brasa porque é um grande se não o melhor nesta arte. Com o salgueiro ou chorão que tem no Brasil eu não conseguí fazer com hand drill e com arco.
As características da madeira de salgueiro são duras, flexíveis, pois contém óleo.
A poeira de fricção resultante é áspera como areia.
Talvez tenha sido isso que causou isso. Usar galhos jovens é mais fácil para mim
