@@isaacflask They're not doing balance changes 5 days in, it's going to be bug fixes (Optimizing Fountain of Dreams, fixing Olimar freeze bug,) and maybe tweaking online.
Considering they said saved replays will be unusable once 1.2 hits its pretty likely there will be balance changes.

Yeah. A heavyweight that's super quick, has a counter, two projectiles, super armor on alot of things, great recovery, a Kirby SUCC, and the best run animation of all time. The tier list is gonna be amazing this time around. Hopefully they buff the bad characters and don't the Nerf the shit out of K Rool.

Donkey Kong Country 1 has imo the best soundtrack in any game I've ever played
Damn, the editing on these videos has gotten even better. The transition between gameplay clips and videos that serve as the punchline are super smooth (like at 1:17 and 1:39), and in general a lot of the little gags like the hitmarkers and the Smash commentators freaking out just feel more fresh and enjoyable now. Really looking forward to the Incineroar video :D

For me it does, especially considering every single k. rool montage EVER uses it
Along with Kirby and the overuse of Gourmet Race.
Yeah, let's be real. Being able to effectively use the blunderbuss as an airborne grab to throw people way under the stage where only the best recoveries can save you, one of the better recoveries in the game, very effective spike moves, a pretty solid counter and having pretty much the most effective way to trap players in the ground out of all the characters makes K. Rool just about the cheesiest character to play. That last part about the pitfalling is a particularly cruel death sentence at the higher percentages, which he is all but guaranteed to live to because of his obvious bulk and the aforementioned recovery making him just about the tankiest character on the roster. It is cool to see a bulky heavyweight doing so well, though
