Their staff is all Asian, which is cool, Asians have some underrated fried-chicken ideas. Black culture mastered it but Koreans really blow me away sometimes when I check out their fried stuff
Omg childhood memory unlocked lol I used to go to the Louisiana Fried Chicken in El Monte/Rosemead CA next to the Home Depot! It’s owned by Chinese family and they serve up Hong Kong Style Chinese food too (like Panda Express, point at what you want behind the counter style) They treated me good because I went to school with their nephew lol and my mom actually became somewhat close to the owners, even suggesting they make a certain noodle dish, and when we came back they were excited to serve that noodle dish lol Was a regular there for over 5 years until I moved out of Rosemead.
Google la times and Louisiana fried chicken. The original owner sold their sole location to Cambodian refugees and the family made it a chain. It's a LA chain.
Used to live in SF, we had one in the hood. They had a late night window with bars and crackheads were always lined up outside selling stolen shit. Food is crackin, classic Bodega style chicken. They used to sell donuts too
Oh man. I used to go to that shopping center all the time. I would go to the Ethiopian Market to get some and injera and spices. Now I am in Little Rock. To be honest I don't think I ever went there myself in all the years that I would go there to the shopping center
Sweet Jesus $12.99 for a leg and thigh meal. There is no way in holy Tartarus I am paying $12.99 for that at KFC you get 4 pieces Leg, thigh, wing and Breast 2 sides and 2 biscuits for $10.00.
Popeyes here in Los Angeles is robbery! I don't eat thighs or drumsticks, but I can tell you straight up that a 2pc breast meal would cost me a whole Jackson (20 bucks)
I would say popeyes biscuits is an acquired taste. You might feel indifferent it the first time, but if you eat it a few times, you start to like it a lot. For me ip though, it’s that and it’s been my childhood favorite, could also be I only ever eat popeyes biscuits because I never go to KFC or Burger king, meanwhile McDonalds, Wendy’s, time hortans, and starbucks don’t have biscuits
Once you pass the Welcome to Louisiana the "Sportsman Paradise" sign all the independently owned eatries are good! I first tasted Church's chicken in Shreveport, but the places like Herby K's(fried chicken livers, deep fried butterflied shrimp) and Merril's(country fried steak, hamhocks and butter beans, with the best biscuits and cole slaw around town) always stood out! Lotta good eating in the Arklatex from soul, country style, cajun, and good ole BBQ!
Most ppl will tell you the Lousiana locations are not the same. You have to go to certain locations. Haven't tried this one yet and it's the closest one to me, the other locations have been just meh, one of them even Korean owned but the chicken quality was sub par.
You gotta ask them for more seasoning on the fries or they won't give you enough Louisiana is my favorite fried chicken spot... when I ate fried foods 🤤🤤🤤😭😭😭😭
He forgot to mention it comes with a drink too. Nice value meal.
Value wise ✅✅✅
😂
Love your videos! Food looks so good!!!! 🤤

I’m literally 4 minutes away from there. They’re still open!
I used to go to the one in Carson all the time when we had our old band practice. Good times
Such a flex
Fine reviews, gracias!
$13 for 2 piece, biscuit and side is absolutely insane. I hope all these fast food joints go out of business.
Would be helpful telling us where are these restaurants that you are reviewing
U have to go to the original one on Manchester and Normandie its next level try the rice

each location has their own off menu items. The one near my work serves up Cambodian fried rice and serves boba drinks.
Can you try Fuji and vi's They got some pretty good detroit pizzas!

Shii looks good fr
Would you ever review ( the hat ) it’s a pastrami sandwich spot!
The fact that a 2 piece at popeyes is $13 is WILD. Its like $5.50 here in Louisiana
8.99 for that plate is a heck of a deal!
One of my favorite spots
Do you know where this is
Please Try Tacos Los Cholos in Anaheim! won best Taco in some LA magazine.
Mom &Pop type place usually offer better value. Our local fried chicken place is easily 3rd less than the national chains.

It’s on the corner of Centinela ave. and Beach ave. in Inglewood. Right across the street from the Smart and Final.

one to one chains with fewer locations are gonna be cheaper and basically taste the same as the regular one you go to
Dude really said “mmmm” to a basic 50 cent Hawaiian roll lol
I always appreciate you for your reviews but man, your health ok from eating fast food so much? LOL
Looks tasty
You should do Outback Lobster and steak vs 5 Guys burger and fries. Same $20

It's super good if it's done right. Some locations are iffy, though. Classic soul food/Chinese mash up.
That is Inglewood I think
