This festival is called "Danjiri Festival" held in Kishiwada City, Osaka Prefecture, Japan. The history is about 300 years. 400 people work together to pull a car made of wood that weighs 4 tons. The wheels are always straight, so when you turn, you push from the side to bend. So it's very difficult.
