      @@Vercingetorix.Fantasia he's doesn't think to highly of himself. He's said that if he's given guys like Shawn or Undertaker he can put on a good match. It's true that he drew A LOT of money for WCW when they were at their best. He's quicker to put other guys over then himself

      my first youshoot that i bought when it was brand new was the Scott Hall one. which is the 2nd to last shoot Sean Oliver did. this was back in 2017 i wanna say

    The 97 Timeline shoot is one of the best shoots. So laid back and chill. Great storytelling by Big Kev. Love Mr Oliver as well

      @@Thearmyofsnipers true, but Taker didn’t say it was a bad thing - he just said he was nostalgic for the old locker room. And also…Taker and Nash have a point in that there could be a happy medium where it’s not just pretty looking guys all content backstage playing video games and happy simulating wrestling. When you look at how Becky Lynch rose to the top a few years ago, it was because she basically adopted the mentality of the old school top guys.

      It's honestly shocking he was kept around after those injuries he was giving people. He ended up having a nice long run and definitely got WAAAAAY safer, but the fact that he wasn't canned after those is wild.

    EVIN NASH IS TECHNICALLY THE HIGHEST DRAWING WCW CHAMPION OF ALL TIME. During the Monday Night Wars across only 4 shows he averaged 18855 (house show+TV+PPV) for his first reign as Champion.
    For comparison, the second highest drawing WCW champion ever is Sting during his 4th reign. He averaged 10448 for TV/House Show/P

    The story about using a sunset flip in his match against Bob Backlund, and getting scolded for it backstage by The Undertaker is one of the funniest things I've ever heard. "If you ever sunset flip another human being as long as I'm here, I'll put the boots to you in the middle of the match. Dude, it looked like you basically bent over him. You were halfway through the move and your feet hadn't even left the ground yet."

      I remember snake eyes, but not the squisher.
      With snake eyes, he just picked up the opponent lengthwise, and dropped him on the turnbuckle face first.

      @@indiglo1971 The squisher, I think, is when an opponent would be out on the middle rope (think Mysterio's 619), and then Nash would bounce off the ropes from the opposite side of the ring, run, and throw his ass/leg onto the opponent's back/shoulders. Therefore squishing them against the rope.
      He didnt' do it much once he got to WCW, but he definitely did it quite a bit as Diesel.

    Not the Broken Skull sessions. It was one of these types of shoots.

      When his opponent hangs on the second rope and he runs at him and jumps in his back. Bossman did something like it too. And I believe Jericho had a version of it also.

    What is the Swisher? Idk what move he's taking about. Btw I seen top 45 moves on Nash so it's hilarious people really think he only did 6 moves. Also Nash didn't need a crazy moveset. He was OVER. I was just watching all of wcw nitro and ppvs and he was ridiculously OVER. I rather watch him jump in a pool than Raw td...

      “Squisher” is the move where the guy has his neck on the middle rope (think 619 position) and Nash comes off running and rams his hip/thigh into the guy’s neck. Basically sits on the guy.

      Squisher is when a guy is hung up on the middle rope, guy comes off the opposite set of ropes and comes down with a leg along the back of the guys neck.

    Shame cuz I’m not really sure that the guys doing the interview will truly understand or appreciate the story at are being told. I truly believe that to understand u must be understood. And by this I meant being a part of this world at this timeframe.
