For future reference if you do a search of say “Fayetteville flood” or “ABC11” you would find the information you seek. You are correct in wondering why they don’t add the state to their title or their news channel, but I think these channels are online for the convenience of their local audience.

When you strip the trees off of the watershed and then build houses or apartments in the lower areas of the flood plain, you are going to get flooding. As fast as they are destroying the trees on the high ground and then paving over what had been a watershed we all better know how to swim.

The city needs to reimburse those home owners for allowing contractors to build there! Every time it rains 4in or more it's the same story!
