I could a couple of weeks see, how a Talent Aquisition specialist has worked. That was defenetly a new experience. She has worked with a time window, to hire new people for different projects. That was a complete another dynamic, in connection, what I did know before from HR departements. TAS will stop in the future the conservative recruiting proccess, because there are a lot of recruiters outside, which are simplify to slowly 'on tour'.
Hi Preston, I'm just starting doing TA role and I have very limited knowledge from sourcing, job analysis up to getting a candidate interested. I'm all over the place and hope you can help me out.
I had a phone screening /initial interview last week with the talent acquisition specialist with a company that I am very excited to have the potential opportunity to work with. He informed me that I wold be moving to the next round for an interview with the hiring manager. I came to YT to see if anyone could tell me if it is appropriate to contact the talent acquisition specialist again if I think of questions to help me prepare for the next interview. Also, would it be appropriate to ask if they could tell me what types of questions specific to the role to be ready for? Thanks so much in advance for the advice. :)

TA sounds a lot like employer branding.
