Thanks for talking about how you put the serum in the paint and stired. And talked about the thickness of paint. Did not know if you did straight pour needs to be thicker and cells little thinner. And I love Matalic and wondered why I could not get cells. Still learning and not doing. lol Highest it has been in Prescott Valley up north is 95 so far. Feel sorry for the temps you already have in the Valley. Love your work.

Very pretty. I do not use anything to make cells as I typically run away from cells. Do you ever do paintings by making organic cells vs using silicone? 😊
I do sometimes but I am a cell lover so I always try different variations to get cells

A good pouring medium is 70 % PVA elmer's glue and 30 % water.
what is your mix for the base of a chain pull? for a dutch pour? for using a flower silicone shaped? i love your work
I store my leftover paints in varying sized canning jars and vacuum seal them, I would love to know how to tell if the paint is still good, before I ruin a pour with bad paint 😂😂
Very cool. I haven't tried Artists Loft Medium yet, but your paints seemed kind of thick. Not that they worked bad, I'm just curious if you added any water or was it just the metallic is so thick? What's your normal ratio? Thanks & Be Well.
The metallic paints tend to be thicker because the mica pigment powders used to make them are very dense. You are very welcome! Have a great day!

What will happen if i mix gel pen ink into my paint colors? Always looking 4 ways to increase vibrancy on a budget.
I've never seen anyone do that. Try it as an experiment

You don’t add any water to mix?
I typically never add water to my mixes. If yours isnt fluid enough based on temp, humidity, and brand of PM. You can always add water. Make sure to not exceed 30% of the amount of paint you used when you add the water. Water in excess will break the binders in the paint and cause all the colors to kinda fall apart. Additionally Lynne, you can adjust the ratio to meet your needs maybe go with a 3 parts PM to 1 part paint ratio and see if that works better. Happy pouring!!

How would you go about adding text to paintings if you don't like stencil gaps and have mediocre handwriting? I mean whole poems/paragraphs, not just a word or two.
I would try to find a friend with a Cri-cut and give them a roll of the paper it uses to let you use it. That way you can choose the font, and size as well as the adhesive is very strong so if you poured varnish over it or resin it shouldnt come up or bleed into the colors. I hope that helps
