I feel like airlines should pay their women a little supplement for grooming. Makeup cost and things like eyelash extensions, two pairs of shoes, stockings etc adds up!!! These are things men don’t need to wear but women do.

To an extent yes. You don't need eye lash extensions. Although the shoes and stockings can add up, so can makeup.
Men should should get a small one for shoes, and things that wear and tear a lot . The guy mentioned flying changes his skin.

carochan86 but stockings are not part of his uniform are they? & a pairs of heels to walk through the airport? I can’t believe we’re arguing over women spending more to be presentable at their job compared to men. Maybe the men should start wearing stockings and heels then switch to flats like their female counterparts to even out the expenditure by your argument 😒 also It was my understanding that the women are required to wear makeup & they should present their appearance a certain way..
