Tractors are legally allowed to drive on the roadways but they are supposed to have a orange triangle on the back indicating its a slow moving vehicle to use caution. Also tractors are supposed to pull over if there is a long line of cars behind them. There should be a script that makes them do that or have the A.I. wave his hand out the window to tell you its clear to pass when no cars are nearby in the oppsite direction. Keep up the good work
