I did all the steps, but now my switch won't turn on, I'm leaving it charging to see if that is the issue, but was wondering if anything could have caused that
Hi Maranda, did you connect all cables properly? And did you try to restart your Switch Lite. Usually, the charging port is not touched during this repair, so it shouldn't be damaged. Let us know if you need further help!
The turn off instructions were in German. How is that supposed to help? Also are you going to show us how to remove the screws, and which fucking screws to remove?

that little white plastic piece on the right where the display ribbon connects fell off..... can I put it back? what do I do?
My left motherboard joystick ribbon cable connector fell off…would a motherboard from another lite work with my lite? Like a replacement?
