This lady is the best looking lady i ever seen just found her music and ive got to say i miss her so much i wish i found her music sooner than now i growen listening to fantastic music like Elvis, beatles, queen but late finding this beautiful lady RIP ALL MY ANGELS
I love how she sang for the reporters, while being surrounded by stuffed animals and then sang the beautiful Ga’aguyim. I don’t know if I spelled that right in English but it is one of my favorites!
I wish I could add the German subtitles, the journalist really made beautiful commentary about the old history and culture of 2000 years of diaspora of Yemenite Jews, and the origin on the song Im Nin'Alu. I was really surprised, this video is a gem!
Thank you so much for this wonderful upload whoever runs OfraChai channel, it’s nice to have all of these and I hope the footage of this young woman’s life keeps coming! Also thanks to Rabbi Shalom Shabaz for the poetry that he wrote while in Yemen! If only he could see his works become these masterpieces of Yemmeni beauty! Toda Raba!
Excellent! Even when she is not among us in the land of the living; her video and voice still touch me. Perhaps Ha Shem will send another but for now may we not forget her.
Thank you for this interesting upload! The song at 1:33 is her first song which she sang offhand for Bezalel Aloni in 1971, when she asked him to become a member of his workshop theater as a singer. Text: What are the roots of my consciousness, I ask myself every day. Does it come from my will or from a dream?
We will never hear another voice like hers ever again. She was one of a kind!

I was so sick to my stomach how she passed
je l'imagine en trint de chanter une berceuse pour les enfants elle paraît tellement douce et bienveillante paix à elle
Neshamot like Ofra will only come around once in a thousand years……….
I'm afraid not. Neshamot are born in EVERY GENERATION if Jews don't do mix marriages.
