Also comment down below if you enjoyed the 84 Toyota out in the mountains... or if the 4th Gen 4runner was your favorite. - Авто та транспорт
Very refreshing seeing stock/near equipment out there getting it done. !
@MrBake88 Never fails to impress me what these rigs can handle minor upgrades
I have an 06 4Runner. What shocks and wheels are you running? I am very impressed.
@@ASH-mo4qg myself I am running on a budget. I went with Eibach 2-3 inch lift off road system. Comparable to the bilstien 5100s. With better springs. Vision wheels. Love them ! And Toyo AT 3s.
@ASH Bilstien 5100 all round with travelstar ecopath A/Ts, rims are 17inch rock trix
Man that was a cool video I have a '03 SR5 four-wheel drive I just put an old man emu lift on mine I am so ready to hit the trails with it great video
This was amazing! Makes me want one of these 4Runners, more videos of that beauty!
@KeithoMusic appreciate positive comment! I personally love these 4runners! Great overall vehicle, definitely will be making more offroad adventure vids with it in near future
Get one while you can they are so worth it
You would not be disappointed I've had several off-roading rigs for strictly off-roading and on-road and off they weren't the most comfortable because they were very very capable Rock crawlers The 4Runner will get you through a lot of stuff that you wouldn't think it would be able to get through if you're looking for one and you find one for sale four-wheel drive get it because they are hard to find now
Great vidz.enjoyed, cool yall bring family/ladies along.do more vidz.
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it! And yea most definitely family and friends always makes an adventure way much more fun! And yeah need to get around to editing a ton of footage!
Great video! I really enjoyed, keep it going!
@TeaVirus really appreciate the positive feedback, still working on fine tuning my editing far from where I'd like to be but appreciate the encouragement, I got a new video I'll be uploading today hope you enjoy it as well 🤙🏽
Yes to the turbo ! Love the waterfall footage. 20:33 yeah...get on that !! Stack a rock and you are gone !
Got a 2005 4runner in august of this year. Went wheeling up here in Canada after re ord breaking rainy summer. I was amazed what it could do stock with 260k miles on it! (I did bust my exaust pipe in a rut ledge tho 😂) .. Great video, great vehicle. And it shows you trust your rig, wheeling dressed like a monday in the office ;)
Right on! Welcome to the 4th Gen 4Runner crew!! 🤙🏽 yeah I’m still amazed how this thing is still kicking it like a champ! Zero issue to this date other then regular maintenance. Appreciate the positive feed back 🙏🏼
Great video! Thanks
Glad you liked it!
Man, I want to hit this trail soon. I've got a subaru forester, but I'm putting a lift and skids on this weekend.
@Dalton man that would be a blast with the subie!!
The National Parks Forest service closed down the Old House Gap road last year and probably never open it back up to vehicles again! That's what a Ranger told me when I was there last fall!
Bro I’m In PA I’m about to drive down south with you to this trail if you’re down . I’m currently building my 4runner now
You could use a little more aggressive tires to get through those muddy trails
Cool video. Hate they closed it off before I got a chance to check it out
Appreciate it man! And yeah that trail was lots of fun! Great camp spots as well, haven’t been since then so can’t really confirm if it’s closed off. Hopefully someone makes a video clarifying if it’s closed or when they open it.
Thank you for you comments about the trash
Muy buenos trails y divertidos .good content buddy just got a new subscriber
@AndresRivera gracias primo! Hard to find trails in the south east! But when you do gotta make the best of it🤙🏽

I’ve heard this trail may be closed now and has been closed for a while?
Tell me ya lifted that thing and added a 32 or 33 tire..Add ya steel bumper and blast through that shit lol
How long did it take you to get from one end of the track to the other? Thanks.
@JonWeaver we got there around 12 and left trail around 6ish if I recall correctly...but also gotta factor In the multiple times we stopped to spot our buddy on his stock Tacoma and to cook and just enjoy the trail really. Highly reccomend it!
Enjoyed the video except where you "pushed it to the max". I'm sure that a lot of people enjoy that but I just can't abuse my vehicle like that. I have an 05 T4r lifted, tires, etc. I love light off roading but I guess it's because I've been an auto technician my whole life but I just can't get into the extreme stuff. Not criticizing, just telling it how I see it. Otherwise great video; good ride, beautiful scenery etc. Keep up the good work.
Appreciate boss man, yeahhh I know it’s a bit cringe haha but it’s in my roots..coming from the rockcrawler side of things..but regardless still made it home and right after this trip made a cross country trip for some epic wheeling and camping..made it back with zero issues. Power of Toyota I reckon 😏🤙🏽
What size tires and wheels you running ?
@reggiegoggins 285/75/17 travel travelstars a/ts on Rock Trixs rims
Get some grass bro. Sweet 4runner
💯🤣
what size wheel and tires are those?
17” wheels on 285/70/17 Ecopath A/Ts.. it is now on same size tire but Mickey Thompsons Baja Boss ATs.
Do you have a lift kit )
@davidbuganan I do, probably one of the most budget friendly setups out there, running bilstiens 5100s all around, best bang for the buck, zero issues with them.
Cuando vienes para norte carolina me gustaria aconpañarlos a sus rutas
Do you ever carry tire chains?
@rcpmac I do not
Tire chains for mud? Are you insane?
No mames,. As contenido en español 👍🏼 saludos
Where is this ?
Not to be rude but the title literally answers your question, along with the video, think I mentioned the place like 20 times lol
@@boondocksoverlandandoutdoors yep. But old house gap road and Forrest rt 192 don't show up on a map search. So having a nearby town would be helpful. But from reading the other comments it appears to be closed now. Good luck getting subscribers with that attitude.
No attitudes here brotha, actually love helping ppl out. That’s why I said “not to be rude” on my previous comment haha I will suggest being more specific on your next questions though lol 😉 . But to further help you out in the future, try downloading Gaia maps, or AllTrails those two are my favorite. They have everything related to outdoor trails, hiking, biking off-road campsites etc.
@@boondocksoverlandandoutdoors You're a moron. All you have to do is mention the State, County, and nearest town.
Stop embarrassing yourself.
