Hi Katie! I hope you're doing well! ☺I normally don't comment that much, but there's some things and love that I would like to share. 1) I do love and enjoy your videos and the best part is that even if you have your 9-5 job and along that run other businesses you still manage to do your cash stuffing with only that 9-5 income and I can see how you get to manage your money for different things that suit your lifestyle, I don't know how to word it myself but it's truly inspiring and if you are / have been a person who's organized (responsible) then it's a lot 'easier' and if you've had debts, you learned your lesson too and became more aware of that. I truly admire that and I admire all the cash stuffers too, a lovely community indeed and inspiring too. 2) I'm curious is this something you saw your parents doing while growing up as a kid or was this something that you simply started doing when you started working, I mean, being this responsible with your finances? Because you've shared before about how much you've saved and put towards your home and personal savings and looking at it, for me it's like not an impossible thing to do no matter the amount you start saving, I guess this is a reason why I love cash stuffing, I feel like this works best for me as well! 3) And last but not least, I love love love your jewelry, I'm always in awe looking at your rings, they're so dainty and I just love them! Another gold girly over here! 🙋🏻‍♀ PS: Thanks to your boyfriend for saying hi to us, say hi back to him and I hope you guys enjoy your vacation to the max. Sending you love all the way from Colombia. 🩷🤗

HI MELISSA ❤ you melted my heart with this long comment and I very much enjoyed reading every single word of it. I want to than you for taking the time to comment and express your feelings, thank you wholeheartedly. YES - even though I have other businesses, I wanted to showcase that you all are capable of cash stuffing & saving with just your 9-5 income. No one needs to have 2, 3 or 4 streams of income to cash stuff but obviously who doesn't love multiple streams of income, am I right? haha.
I have always been into numbers since I was a kid and I have always BEEN very organized and on top of my work. I have always been into planning so I always plan everything out strategically and always seem to plan out plan B, C, D just incase plan A doesn't work out. I also am a very technical person haha, my boyfriend reminds me that all the time!!!
My mom has always been on top of her finance since my dad leave all the finance/money up to my mom. She doesn't necessarily do what I do (calculate, put money aside, etc) but she always made sure all her bills was paid one or two month in advance.
My saving journey is what I took upon myself because I was eager and excited about my future. Obviously at the end of the day, you are the only one helping yourself to get to where you want to be in life, financially, mentally, physically, and psychologically. Saving for a house is very hard but it is very doable! Now a days you dont need the full 20% down payment. You can pay as low as 3.5% but.... PMI (private mortgage interest) adds another $100-$200 on top of your mortgage which is why most save about 20% down payment. To be honest, I started saving $200-$300 bucks a week but now I am saving about $50-75 a week which still helps you save even though it's a low amount. You can put money towards closing cost, earnest deposit, or even furniture so you don't have to stress too much about it when the time comes. *** one thing I do want to mention is that - I do plan on renting a storage unit and start buying home decor, home furnitures, appliances when I do see a huge sale that I cannot pass up. This would help in the long run of not having to use credit cards or loans to buy all of this ALL AT THE SAME TIME when moving into your new home! I hope this helps!
And for my jewelry, awe thank you!! I am so into gold jewelry since I am S.E asian. I usually wear 18k or 24K Asian Gold since American/European gold has a mixture of metals/silver which indeed isn't "real" gold, or sometimes it's plated only!
THANK YOU FOR THE VACATION WISHES and thank you, I love you back girl❤❤❤❤
