Thanks for these track guides. As someone still learning I appreciate that you give more than just braking points. All the details you give as to why youre doing things has really helped me be a better driver instead of just memorizing braking points.
Thanks for the guide. I started off at around 1:25.00 and this video helped me revaluate a few things. Down to a 1:24.3 now but I'm sort of playing with the track to see if there are any obvious time gains to get me into the 1:23's. Most likely it will be some very nuanced thing and or just nailing every corner perfectly. Hard to tell!
Great guide! Did my first race with this car and track yesterday and struggled quite a bit with squeezing any extra speed out. This should help me a lot. Thanks.
Thanks for the video mate. I saw some older videos which feature 1:21-1:22s with the 488. I suppose the 296 is not quite as capable on this track or that's just too alien times? I was getting into 1:25s and felt a bit hopeless. Oh, one more thing: I often get a black flag in the triple's first left hander without exceeding track limits at all. I really don't understand what's going on there. Have you made a similar experience?
Hi man, its going to depend on the fuel load and track / air temp. You can go to 1:22s with ideal track condition, but i’ll be surprised if people can pull it off. Although this is not a strong track for me and I would say 0.8s quicker laptime can be achieved with more practice.
Hey man! We have about the same pb. My is 1.24.3. I want to ask you about the haptic reactor on your pedals? When you started to use them, did you find pace so that you can feel the abs?
For the moment i dont feel like the haptic reactors are giving a competitive advantage - but once iracing will integrate them to their sim, it might be!
just improved my time to 1.24.0 which is still 0.4 off the fastest time. I ordered the haptic reactor so I hope it will somehow improve my tyre killing with abs :D@@GitGudRacing
Check out the course, it's the best work I've done so far and a certain way to improve A LOT: gitgudracing.com/simracingcourse/

Thanks man, keep pushing!
Nice vid thanks for explanation
The pit exit on this track is treacherous!

And yes, i was getting the back flag as well. You have to stay inside the white lines on entry in order to avoid it.
I believe you can go past the white line slightly but cant hit the cones that are in place on the right.
Great vid ❤️🙌🏻 what wheel, base and pedals are you using just out of interest? 😀
Thanks! Im using gsi fpe with the simucube2 and heusinkveld pedals. You can find the links in the video description
@@GitGudRacing ah didn’t realise there are links in description I’m a new subscriber haha thanks a lot for the reply 😃🙌🏻
Hey again, what type of clutch in driving aids setting are you using?
What is your wheel rotation?
hey. its 900 degress

I lose 0.4 second in the last sector and I think it's because of overheated tyres because of too much abs usage@@GitGudRacing
T1 and T2 are so hard for me, my fastest is 1:45.1 and I don’t know how to get faster
