I just had a pumpkin run where through spells every time a related minion died they gave a shield and when a shield is use get +1+1 and on death effects happen twice and I just filled the board with 50/30’s with one of them getting 283/250
This character is the most fun for me so far out of all of them. It just seems way more flexible than other classes even without poison if you use the permanent +1 +1 on all units is really good but if you get the spell for +1 +1 permanently when a shield breaks in the first slot with the other spell that reapplies the shield the first time its broken on a unit you can get crazy stats on all of your units and just wait a few turns to stack them together so when they merge the stats are crazy. I also like that you can change the spells around whenever you want so if you get spells that do bonuses when you re-roll, summon or sacrifice you can put them in slot 1 while in the shop then swap them back before combat
The Gemini looking card had the "related" keyword so couldn't copy the permanent +1/+1 buff from that other minion, though not like it mattered at aaaalll XD
A decent amount of combos even from a low amount of cards. Around the middle I would have liked to see that Gemini style card copy the abilities of the one that gains health per spell dmg/poison along side the ability that deals magical dmg based on your health for a self-reliant combo that just keeps up scaling it's own health and firepower XD

Yes, my first run was poison and my opponents died before they attacked.
Some of the fonts in this game are really too difficult to read

this is _very_ different than slay the spire, but yes I have played quite a bit of it on my channel!
game is fun but the builds are limited considering how few units there are.
If you think of it against a deckbuilder, _kinda._ If you think of it against a traditional autobattler that it is more inspired by, such as Hearthstone Battlegrounds / Storybook Brawl, not at all.
Game looks cool but looks super easy.
Half the reviews say it is too easy, half say it is too hard. Which typically means there is just a lot of reward for player skill.
It seems like every deck is really broken in this game
Honestly for roguelike games. IF I get lucky or Get Creative enough then I usually find that everything is broken. This is why I love roguelike 😂
