About Slice & Dice:
In Slice & Dice you take control of 5 heroes, each with their own unique dice. Fight your way through 20 levels of monsters and try to take on the final boss. If you lose a single fight you have to start over so be careful (and lucky!).

That ending team comp with echo on wizard was one of the most top tier endings possible. GG!
This is hands down the most insane build I've ever seen in this game. Not sure if it's consistently as good as it looks in this video, since you hit Prevent Death->Die->Perma Boost consistently, but those highs are so impressive. I just know I'm going to spend my next 10 runs failing and trying to force something like this.
Both prevent death and revive on valkyrie works, so that's 1-(1/2)^3=88% chance to save the Barbarian each turn, meaning you manage it about 9 turns out of 10, so that's pretty reliable.
If you are rolling for the permaboost, that's 1-(5/6)^3=42% chance that you'll get it in any given turn, so if you'll not get it on first turn, you'll probably get it on the second, worst case you'll get shit ton of mana instead.
In combination with Ludus and Barbarian having disgusting amount of damage on 1/3 of their sides, you get 1-(2/3)^6 = 91% chance that you'll get at least one die with 7 or more damage.
In other words, the whole combo is surprisingly reliable.
I know noone asked but THE most insane build I have ever seen is probably something which had the venom, re-use die and a perma-boost. It was crazy. The hand was dead in like a single turn, and both the other sabers killed themselves later.
Evoker spell is 1.33 damage per mana, instead of 1.25, and it can hit backline. Also, evoker concentrates more power in their left side, which is good when you high-roll.
was just always thinking about how you could keep using inspire on your wizard for infinite mana
Inspire’s once per turn, I’m pretty sure
Inspire is once per turn, and with echo it wouldn't matter since it would just overwrite it with the previous used die's pips.
@@qu3tzl it would keep the high value but yes still only once a turn that said if your not against Hella that is amazing
this is by far the most entertaining game to watch you play.
To have good chance to win is if you get roll of good blessing and some manageable curses if you get only curses then your fighting uphill battle with needing to add more points to curse but sometimes smaller less impactful curses are better than 1 large one
I have awesome run where i start with lvl 3 middle followed by some curses that yes I have the curse where monsters get +1 to their sides which has huge impact on summons, status effects but not really damage as most of stuff could easily one hit you.
Did you know Doctor with the candle item that increases side value the less heroes are in game is quite great solo, i had a battle where all but doctor died due to its plague followed either by liquer or regen to combat the plague and seeing how enemies cant kill me while they are slowly dying.
yeah I really like unfair and brutal, just feels bad that its so reliant on good curses
I feel like a dingus for not paying attention to these videos when they came out, because I'm playing the hell out of this game now and having a blast.
Barbarian : I die..."Die".
Valkyrie : "Revived" Welcome back to the square.

I believe that title, you can't reroll curses at a certain point till you pass something like 5 waves and man if you get stuck with some awful curses straight away you are in for *hell.*
At 1:01:33 you couldve used inspire to get to use the like 12 damage / mana gain again. Still amazing though
Respect for the unfair challenge lol. Fun story, I got barbarian with items that doubled the leftmost side on the death ability against the spider damage mirror boss. The barbarian dealt over 20 damage in one blow, and died with about 4 times overkill, but I shat on the boss in unfair

Valkyrie is just super busted in general, Barbarian goes especially hard with them. Really can get out of hand with reroll cantrip generators on orange and/or blue to guarantee prevent death rolls on Valkyrie, but it gets OP if you can luck into the tier 9 rescue on top and bottom sides item. Wizard with echo tho really popped off, absolutely insane boosting
There is an unlock if you dont allow them to flee, but i dont know if you have it yet
Wow it start very painful but that echo and permaboost really change everything.
you're a damn chad at these games
What I haven't seen yet is a win on Brutal difficulty.
"ok who is attacking ludus?... goodbye"
lol
Skootties titles turned into mobile game ads how has this happened 😮😮😮
Yoooooo it's the Scoundrel run!
Getting a 2-3 streak on unfair is pretty close to beating the main game and trying to go any deeper than that is weird
what is your outro music it is so good
Is it just me or are Agnes, Margaret and Cytha based on those three sisters from Ed Edd and Eddy? The red, blue and yellow hair kinda sells it for me.
wait I thought its a Yugioh card reference..?
Y'all are upsetting me and I can't tell if you're trolling or not
Looks like you got pretty lucky with the curses, no blank die sides or something and no weird spell rules etc
yeah but to be fair a lot of the game is luck
is it even possible to beat The Hand on Unfair with "fair and square" strats without abusing infinite or valkyrie shenanigans??
I'm begging you please learn how cleave works, thanks for the content though.
Epic!
I still can’t manage to beat hard lol I hit the last level and they always manage to kill me
Hell yeah ggs
what is the name of this game?
I think you kill gytha first and then Agnes because gytha has both weaken and a big single target hit
I also think it depends if they roll wolf summons at the beginning, not too sure though
Having played brutal for over 4 month, unfair seems so easy.
I once did a run just to see if the time i beat it I was just lucky or actually getting good and I ended ul realizing of easy it was compared to brutal (I should have realize it sooner as brutal has twice the curses but anyway)
why ? skootie doesn't use cleave (using it on top or bottom)
he doesn't take rolls that solve the turn, getting worse ones later,
and gives himself decay.
oh and he doesn't target the enemy that would save his hero.
all in the first 20 minutes.
video should say: play randoom to beat this boss.
Bro, I'm 3 minutes in and screaming "why are you strategizing like a child?"
have you beat this mode?
@@phoonfrags8765 Are you trying to denunciate, or does it actually matter to the discussion ?
I mean he actually made it to the end and beat unfair mode so I guess that says something 🤷
Oof sometimes it’s like watching an ad for a game where it makes you wanna play the game cuz you could do better. Lol good content tho 😅
I'm struggling to beat easy 😂😂😂
I hate that this caliber of play won. That hand fight had so much unnecessary death. At about round 10 you started making plays with foresight and it's remarkable the stars aligned for you through 1-10. Then the hand fight... Fuck, I'm happy for you. Good items available- good items picked. You didn't blow it. The endgame combos were phenomenal. I'll offer that your mana spending is unnecessary. You could be screwing yourself by not stocking available mana because it offers versatility. If you didn't get the rolls you needed the mana is there to save your ass and you have a tendency to needlessly spend it healing round-to-round. It'll be there for you when the next round starts. Love, me
This guy…
Complains that the scoundrel is crap because it has 4 blank sides, then ignores powdered mana, which replaces all blanks with +1 mana.
Dude, slow down and put some actual thought into your decisions.
in gamemodes such as unfair and brutal you should never take items like powdered mana that are going to be useless in the late game as thats where youre going to struggle, you want to take items that could potentially have a use. the scoundrel is going to leave in a few turns so theres never a point to try and get items to synergize with it as it wont be around in the late game.
if you watch later into the game, you can see that the sapphire skull provides a ton of benefit when paired with the barbarian where the powdered mana wouldnt be held by any character
@@Skoottie It’s easy to say that with the benefit of hindsight, but getting the skull was complete RNG, whereas the powdered mana provided an immediate, reasonable benefit.
There are plenty of times when it’s ok to gamble on a random item, but (imo) not when the risk/reward factor is skewed by that much.
