Bought and played this game. Forewarning, it's about 80 minutes long to beat, the story has no conclusion, and all the mechanics are in this video, the numbers just keep going up.

I agree I wish the inventory and stats were in the main screen. Seeing the menu after every kill is quite frustrating

The intelligence build is the classic mage archetype. Best burst damage but then easily dies when mana runs out

If you're interested in idle games that are quite recent and well fleshed out, one of the top of the genre for now is Loop Odyssey!

I feel like this game would be way better if they had the art style nailed down, right now it looks like they couldn't decide on it or just assembled it by commissioning multiple artists without giving them anything as a base.

Honestly was ready to skip this video - the game didn't seem like my kinda thing - but I've thought that before about games you've played and been wrong, so gave this a watch, and I was very wrong. This was so calming to watch, the game has a distinct charm to it, and it looked challenging enough to be entertaining throughout. It's making me rethink my position on idle games entirely.

Decided to try it after watching this video, and my 3rd run was ABSURD. Based on my tiny sample size, speccing Dex and statting Str works very nicely! Unfortunately the brutes in the last region hit like freight-trains, and I got 2-shotted. Several times. :|
Mr. or Ms. Dev person who will inevitably show up here: you should definitely consider removing the clicking of coins to obtain them. Not _everything_ needs to be about clicking in a clicking game! But seriously, otherwise I'm going to buy your game and sue you because I got carpal tunnel syndrome! You'll see!
That said, I absolutely love the work you've done. It's genius and the genre needed this boost of vitality
Also, please never be an actual archaeologist. If this is anything to go by, you'd be _terrible_ at it ;)

so 11 min in and it seems like you were thinking the "autoclick" was passive damage if you dont do anything/click at all. I believe the "autoclick" is referring to how many "clicks" it does when you hold the button down. so for example if initially, holding the button = say 5 clicks per second as you hold the button, if you increase your "Autoclick" by 1 per sec then holding the button would = 6 clicks per second instead of 5. but if you don't press anything it isnt going to be increasing any damage. at least that is what makes sense to me?
idk, autoclick usually means.. automatic clicking so..
