Damn you Tom ..... These safari videos kept me up late... (1:00 in the morning here in Brasil) LOL, but had to watch them all. Not only that, now i really want to at least ride a GS 1200 GS Adventure. Very good job on the videos man. I´m sure your videos gived more thrill than any magazine article (with all due respect for them).
I ride a sportbike and have been mulling the possibility of a GS in the (very, very distant) future. Loved the vids. I am thinking I need to make some life choices to finally get a 1200 soon...
Hey Tom...another great vid and enjoy watching what you Aussie's do. Over this series how many days total spent on the GS cause i see your increase in confidence as the series progresses..
mackenzie tucker haha yeah that would be awesome. He asked me if I knew of any trails around there. I couldn't find any good trails and he said the same
That would be an avoidance technique for emergency situations. You should definitely attend a reputable motorcycle school - you'll learn a lot of techniques that will save your life. Stay safe!
Nah you're right. It's called counter-steering. I don't understand the physics of it but yes you have to (very slightly) turn the handlebars right to turn left and vice versa. It feels pretty backwards
Enjoyed every episode! I'm sold on the GS. I have been looking for actual off road videos of riding the GS at speed. I want to trade in my car now and get the GS as a second bike. Get business cards with your youtube channel and other social media links. That way you can just hand them out when people ask who you are and what you do...
My one chief complaint is not with the video owner but the bike. How in the HELL do you expect anyone to read the speedo? Jesus, BMW! I ride a 10 year old Honda and it's at least clear as day!
awesome group of video's Tom, loved the safari through Australia. can't wait to watch more of your adventure riding videos in the near future.
Tom, I'm not sure if you're supposed to jump the tour bike.
Awesome series mate! Fully enjoyed every second of your safari videos.
Thoroughly enjoyed this series. Tom your riding has come so far since the fireblade test ride. Great stuff!

That will all change in 2 weeks... best trip ever coming right up!
Awesome!
do tell!! :D
Im working on a video now. I know Tom has one ready to upload, but I'll try an beat him to it ;)
Is the full safari course available somewhere? Something that shows where you went, which roads and tracks?
Damn you Tom ..... These safari videos kept me up late... (1:00 in the morning here in Brasil) LOL, but had to watch them all. Let's see some vids with the 690 sumo!!
living one of my dreams.....well I got a f650 as my first bike at the moment and no offroad expirience yet...gotta start somewhere
Amazing videos and rides!!
+RidingWithTom did the beemers have radiator/headlight protection? if so did you catch the brand?
Hey Tom, any plans on test riding the rc390 learner bike?
Tom, if your ears are ringing its more likely than not the beginning of Tinnitus.
Do you wear ear plugs?
Outro music?
you fancy the GSA or the multistrada more?
No! why does it have to end?
You two are flying
When are you going to start making videos on road bikes?
Well did you buy the red beast
So when are you getting a GS or GSA for yourself?
that was THE best opening in a UA-cam video EVER!Damn you if I am wrong!
Nice! I just recently bought a crf 250l for my first bike
Are you in Pennsylvania? Someone pulled up to me at a light while on my KTM and he just got a 250l also hahah
+MaxRay16 haha nope that would be cool if it was me tho!
mackenzie tucker haha yeah that would be awesome. He asked me if I knew of any trails around there. I couldn't find any good trails and he said the same

Haha ikr
"you could probably even Bing that shit and it would probably come up"
hahah
I can't wait till I make my license, sure I won't make a Safari tour but I want to drive :)
Please tell me Tom. How do you stear a motorcycle? I've heard that if you are going fast and want to turn right you should stear left. Is that true?
That would be an avoidance technique for emergency situations. You should definitely attend a reputable motorcycle school - you'll learn a lot of techniques that will save your life. Stay safe!
:)
Nah you're right. It's called counter-steering. I don't understand the physics of it but yes you have to (very slightly) turn the handlebars right to turn left and vice versa. It feels pretty backwards
Okay
I love the thumb nail in this video
hey Tom what was the tyre on that gs?
I wish they had something like that in north america.
there is... the continental divide ride.... or shorter ones. i rode from washing tom to montana like 80% off road...best way to spend 5 days
Why have I not discovered this road yet???
I think Its the road from Benambra into Omeo. check it out
Thank you man. Great videos
If you only have room for 1 bike and want to do it all, a GS is not a bad way to go.
Naa a GS wont bring you everywhere
Take a DR650 or KLR650 for a proper world trip
I can't wait for the next S1000RR video 😊. Oh wait it's not going to happen because it's a dirt every day with Tom
+FlameThrash900 sportsbike track videos coming soon, just had to get these safari vids out
Enjoyed every episode! I'm sold on the GS. I have been looking for actual off road videos of riding the GS at speed. I want to trade in my car now and get the GS as a second bike.
