  • Hello all and welcome back! In this segment, we install the rear rims and tires on the tractor, and set it back on the ground for the first time in MONTHS. The powdercoat turned out great, and the entire tractor as a whole is looking fantastic! Stay tuned, in the next video we will (hopefully) be laying down more RED! Don't forget to visit the GoFundMe, share, and donate if you can! Every little bit goes a long ways! Thanks for watching and wrenching with me!

    Looking amazing buddy, man after seeing this I’m embarrassed to get mine out of the barn. I’m gonna get started on my H after I get all of the planting done. Thank you, Craig. You've gotta start somewhere, and this wouldn't be possible without so many great people supporting this project. It's been a monumental task, but it's been a lot of fun and we've created a lot of great friendships throughout. Look forward to seeing your H as you progress as well!

    Hello Kenny,
    I am eleven years old and I live on a small farm in Wisconsin. I am really enjoying watching you work on this tractor, as I eventually want to buy a farmall m to work on myself. I drive a h on our farm here, it is really fun to drive! I almost bought a farmall H about a year ago but it had only thee cylinders and all of them were seized. Still looking to buy a h or m sometime anyway though.

    double pin the rollpins. when dad had a power steering unit put on our H the installer used 1 rollpin in the shortened steering shaft. i was using a loader on the H and sheared off the split pin so we double pinned them and never had any more problems or just use grade 8 bolts

    • @KennyKizzleRustyNutzRanch
      @KennyKizzleRustyNutzRanch  4 роки тому

      Now that you mention it, I may just install Grade 8 hardware. It would be easier to change if necessary, in case the tractor ever needs splitting again. Great idea!

    Hello Kenny
    Wonder if you can answer a question I have about my '52 Case SC. The ring gear on the flywheel is pretty much chewed up from starter misalignment. Is the gear bolted to the flywheel or would it be a sweat fit from the factory? I have another SC,(1948) as a parts cache, but that ring gear is chewed up even worse. I'm beginning to think the blocks were not properly machined at the factory for proper starter alignment. I'm subscribed and appreciate the knowledge you share on your channel.

    • @KennyKizzleRustyNutzRanch
      @KennyKizzleRustyNutzRanch  3 роки тому

      The ring gear is sweat onto the flywheel. Most likely, the bolt that keeps the starter in place has worked its way loose a few times and people didn't check it until it had already caused damage. I'm sure you could find a used ring gear in good shape fairly inexpensive. They might even be available new. Glad you like the channel and the videos. I hope to bring you some more soon.
