Hey Matt, another interesting video you got here. Yeah, definitely looking forward to seeing more supermarkets and convenience stores review videos in the future. Apart from that, I hope you can film more countryside vlogs across China. I like some of your previous videos where you explored the suburban areas and your father-in-law’s village. It will be fascinating to see more of the countryside lifestyles and towns in China.
This is the kind of videos we love to see, don't forget food videos can also attract new viewers, how about you make a video where you show 10 top best restaurants in Nanjing from your list, or maybe the best food or snacks that you like, that would be a good video to watch.
Love your video, Matt! I'm a Nanjing local but haven't been home for 4 years since COVID. I literally just booked my flight back home after watching your video as I miss Nanjing so much... will be returning in July and since I actually live pretty close to 新街口 lmk if you'd like to meet up & hang out sometime!
Thank you! I'm happy that my video cured a bit of your homesickness! I actually haven't been home to the USA for 4 years because of COVID also, but I'm going home soon, so I won't be in Nanjing to meet you when you arrive in July.
@@xiaoandmatt That's a bummer but all good as we all know 有缘千里来相会 haha. Where in the states are you from? I spent 7 years in midwest for school & my first job and relocated to Atlanta last October for a new opportunity. Maybe we can meet in the US in the future as well haha. Anyway, thank you for your video and I hope you have a wonderful trip!
I just wanto to see the normal daily life where you live such as markets, transportation, interactiing with local people, local popular food, housing, recreation activities....etc
Good evening Xiao, good evening Matt, learning Chinese upon presentations of the natives Chinese, not much opportunities to practice, as we are based Geneva, Switzerland for our works. Other duties : to learn German, as German is one of the official language of Switzerland, because of natural boundaries, such as lake of Konstanz, Basel and other means. CV available when requested. Could you recommend an apartment, the procedures to apply for long term student purposes. Hopefully, after graduations work. Thanks for your presentations, wonderful. Yours faithfully,
Hi Matt, I've moved to Nanjing a month ago and you literally walked past my apartment building (next to Sanmoon). I was wondering what places or activities are there nearby that I can take my 3 year old son to do? And what other interesting places would you recommend?
Hello! Honestly I’m not sure because I don’t have any kids yet myself. I imagine there are lots of activities for them to do. Do you speak any Chinese?
I planned to go there the other day, but the weather wasn't so great. I will go on the next nice day. I have made videos at all the parts of the city wall already, but I may go back and do them again with my new camera.
❤❤🎉❤❤
i like alway enjoy your videos matt. thanks for a nice walk. i like you like to see the real life. and not following a guide.
Thanks Mac! I appreciate your support! We are explorers no need for a guide!

Hello. You mean an apartment in Nanjing and long term visa for China?
It would be very educational where people charges their EV and the cost per KWH in Nanjing.

你在南京是做什么的?我看南京有很多的外国人,尤其是晚上的时候
我是英语老师。我觉得现在南京没有多少外国人。2020年之前有很多,但是大部分已经离开南京了。
I would prefer electric cars, too, if I happen to live in a big city like Nanjing where one can't possibly speed.
haha
