beer during CNY?
@@宗昊-i2d Beer regardless of the time of year :)
I'll be there soon
It's a wonderful spot! Enjoy!
no Carlsberg or Tuborg 🤣.. good.. Asani a good Japanese beer..
Love it. Interesting design and not boxy like houses in Australia.
Yeah it is quite an interesting place. If I get the chance I may try and make a video of another house in the village because they are all designed quite differently.
@@xiaoandmatt that would be great!
Great Video! Enjoyed that. I definitely don't enjoy Durian fruit though! 🤣 What a nice authentic experience, I quite fancy that, I'd definitely make the Pad Thai though, love it.
Thanks Adam! If you go down to Chiang Mai for sure make a point to join one of her classes! www.chiang-mai-cooking-school.com/

My Indonesia friend and I ate 6 full size durians in one lunch time,he picked them straight from the tree and opened them up and ate them
Holy crap! That is a lot of durian! How did you fit 6 full size durians in your stomachs?
Wow,i just arrived in Bangkok, my Chinese visa was expiring and I had to leave,I'll be back in China later on in the year,I'll come back to Nanjing
We love Thailand! When you come back to Nanjing, let me know.
So where is front ?
haha
I have just seen it at home inn in zhuhai
This cost 10000 dollars. I don't see why anyone pay so much when they can just let the guests go down and get it.
They don't cost $10,000 USD - you can get one for around 34,000 RMB which is $4,600 USD - 【京东】3.cn/2aSLmF-m 「云迹机器人全季桔子汉庭酒店机器人服务员送外卖送餐机器人自主搭乘电梯机器人苏萌蒙 小季智能化配送 酒店机器人」 点击链接直接打开
@xiaoandmatt ok. I should stop using ai
I'm seeing a lot of posts for 12,000-18,000 RMB. Is this enough to buy the essentials? I'm single, no kids.
Which city is that for and does the school provide housing? In Nanjing, for example, it is possible to only spend between 5,000 and 8,000 RMB a month, if you don't need to worry about housing costs and also depending on how much local food you eat. A meal at a Chinese place will cost about 15-30 RMB, so if you did that for lunch and dinner that would be 30-60 RMB a day and breakfast is only like 4-10 RMB. Transport around the city, even if you use a ride share app like didi and go like 15-20 minutes, is like 20-40 RMB and the metro or bus across the city would be like 2-6 RMB. If you are getting housing plus 12,000 RMB you will be fine. Now, that being said, if you go out drinking all the time and want to eat western food you could possibly cut it close with 12,000 RMB. A western meal will cost you between 60-120 RMB and beers at a bar are like 30-50 RMB. I have gone out 4-5 times a month and then tried to eat cheap for most of my meals and wouldn't spend more than 8,000-9,000 RMB. If you enjoy a drink, don't worry because a beer at a convenience store is only like 4-20 RMB.
@@xiaoandmatt yes housing included. Nice, I had no idea about the metrics in RMB. Thanks
The highest quality weed I smoked in Phuket costed me 100 baht a gram these prices are crazyyy
I found better deals at this store - ua-cam.com/video/tH8HQYd_Z44/v-deo.html - I agree with you that 300 or more baht for a gram is too much, but if people are willing to pay that much they will continue to sell it at those prices.
tesla's concept cyberbank but chinese version right now on market 😂
Nice video
Cool
I like Nio’s battery swapping at its local charging station concept/exchange empty battery with pre-charged battery ready for customer EV charging method!! Not only does the station give car owner a very rapid service within 15 minutes of waiting, but worries free of later in next seven year on the road to spend a hefty amount of money to replace an old battery!!
Nio is impressive😍😍 I like both but Et5 T is amazing
@@99946tv Agreed. The touring model is the nicest one. For the price and what you get the ET5 beats the ET7 in my opinion.
Shame about foreign tariffs keeping Cher cars off market n ppl priced out o em

I probably would drive this small boxy cute little EV, if I live in a big city like NY, Boston, LA, SF or where parking spaces are small and limited!

I spent about 2 weeks in Nanjing it's a very nice city, one of my favourite places in China, and I met your friend Adam from England
@@williamharding9753 Yeah he told me! That was such a coincidence running into him like you did. I feel bad that I couldn’t meet, but I didn’t even leave the house the week you were here. Things are getting a bit better now - baby had her one month yesterday.
I like the headlights on it
Interesting video 👍 nice mix of content and info about the place. “You are asking stupid questions “ 😂
Thanks Adam. This is a re-edit of a video we posted on Bilbili a few years ago around the time we all got COVID, but I rerecorded the audio to make it sound better and then I ended up screwing up the audio volume on one of the segments anyway. Glad you enjoyed it.
