Finally a short that I can appreciate. Sweet justice......
You are left wanting more, which imho is the essence of the short film. You’re left with gnawing questions: what about her father? Where is she going? What about the other bad guys? A truly exceptional short film. Thank you for sharing it.

So the ending is that the girl runs away?Otherwise this is a brilliant short film.
And the rest of the animals ?
She runs away and join the avengers because there’s more like her..
Why is it always so pleasant to see how the BAD guy dies in a PAINFUL way? LOVED IT!!!

Oh, this is truly amazing work. It is a pity that this is only a short film and not a full-fledged film, but even these 13 minutes allowed me to fully appreciate the essence of this story. The abilities of this girl are frightening and impressive at the same time. She could have been a very interesting character if she had been given more screen time. In addition, I want to note that the bad guys are also a success. Especially their chief suits my idea of a bad guy, that's the type of person that annoys me the most. I hope the creators will not stop there and will delight us with their work in the future.🤗

This is some beautiful filmmaking, editing, acting, every part of it. The girl you got to be the main character has such a unique and engaging presence to her. Really awesome job. I hope you can take it further.

Thank you! I absolutely loved this film. The acting from all five actors was on point. Just what was needed from each of them. I wish it was longer, but I guess that’s part of the magic.
So you would have to assume the girl was an alien by the way her 'Dad' treated her and the 'stars' montage while she was sleeping. Assuming she had to stay in the yard and couldn't visit town, she probably didn't have a birth record. So she couldn't be schooled normally at a local school. Still, she had empathy and a good heart, even when punishing evil. Makes you wonder in reality though, if a girl wandered in from nowhere the authorities would make an effort to find her identity but if they failed the 'caregiver' could possibly lay claim over the girl.
A great take on psychokinetics. The fact the girl is silent throughout adds immensely to the impact of the film. Superb!
The world better watch its Ps and Qs. Solid work, kudos!

Everything came together, not just the actors but the crew and directing too! This is one of those rare vids here that has a beginning, middle and end and the entire crew were dedicated to just this film. It shows in the finished product!

Loved this. I'm working on a story based on powers as well and I love these more grounded approaches. The acting was on point and I loved the color grading. It made all the difference in the world. Made their world feel dark and hopeless. Kinda post apocalyptic

A film, fairy tale, which displays our unrealistic desire for a black and white world, where justice is summarily meted out. The acting and rustic sets were very good, as well as the photography and direction.
