Hi Chris… I have FS85 purchased from Homedepot a number of years ago… It has failed to start so I looked into a rebuild kit only to the kit are about the same price as a new one that comes with so much more as you very well know.
So here is my question… the carbs are identical save the new one has two additional adjustment screws… mine has only one. The cover case does have openings for those two additional adjustment screws as well as the one common to the original carb… am I good to go or….?

Yes, you should be good. One of the screws is for idle adjustment and the other is for full speed and you adjust them accordingly.
