If this helps the coolant capacity in this engine is 11 liters which is almost 3 full gallon jugs of coolant hope this helps

Very important, the thick washer properly goes on underneath the pulley. The Pulley Nut is a washer built on.

Looks like a massive PITA 😆 Hey the motor has "flood clear" mode if you want to crank it without chance of it firing up, what you do is FLOOR the gas, HOLD it down, and then crank the starter. The computer won't let the fuel injectors open so the motor just cranks over. You can also do this if you flood the engine with gas (how, I dunno) and need to clear it.

I can get into the door latch on the actuator by using this method, but i cant disengage the door lock (the other two cables coming off the actuator i assume are for the lock). I have the same symptoms but pulling on that latch on the actuator won't open my door. I assume i need to disengage the lock first.
