    19:41 Your camera slowly dims its lighting whenever facing away from it and lights up very gently when facing back to it. Try aiming it at the mirrors wherever the front side would appear. Check it out at the squat machine.

    Safe training always prevents injuries and this warmup is a great reminder of it. That alone was a session worthy of participants to join in. Awesome job in this video, another master class. Thank you. 💪🏾💯✌🏾

    I am 6'10" tall and i squat on the smith so my back or form doesnt become compromised

      Yes!!! Its extremely hard to do free weight squats at that height, smart idea to use the smith!!

    Hey, I like your style of training, but I have a question. I know you're not a Dr, but what exercises would you focus on if you had total knee replacement? Nice video btw.

      To be totally honest, I never dealt with that before, I’m not sure if I can really offer any solid advice on it.
      Probably a doctor or physiotherapist would give better advice.

    Is the leaning during squats different when it comes to taller guys? I'm 6'6" and I can't help it lol..

      😅 i feel you bro but i would love to be 6"6 lol.
      Have you tried using the smith machine or hack squats ?
      You can still do free barbell squats but its just a lot more complex with your height.

      @Lay0ut11 yeah, its actually really good bcus it keeps you in place and don't havd to worry about leaving forward too much etc.
