How to build your legs ? That’s a question that hundreds of people ask because most men struggle to build big and strong legs, sometimes it’s because we just skip leg days but other times people put in a lot of effort in training their legs but just never see the results.
This is because building your legs from skinny to jacked takes more than just going all out during your leg workouts.
You must apply the right amount of intensity as well as frequency together with the right exercise selection to really build your legs.
We always thing more, more, more but in the gym, most times, less is more.
Less exercises, more intensity that’s the way to go.
