Excellent video Mark. I've had a landmine for years. Finally, a comprehensive, educated, teaching system. You are right about creating absolute monsters. I'm using the ABC-D system right now, ABC 2X per week. 2HClub, KBell HtoH swing, Slamball (allWildman programs) and a 10 mi heavy 50-75# ruck on Sun mornings. I have completely changed every fitness parameter imaginable. The programs, adj KB, Adex adj club, mace & Arc are life changers. Priceless. Thank you.
@@MarkWildman look forward to see your setup and protocols. I'm slowly running out of days to train with so many effective choices to plug in. Maybe a 4 week cycle w/ABCE 2X per week, cycling through, to include landmine (E). ABC-D, BCE-D, CEA-D, EAB-D. This gives each component 1 week off each month. Gotta keep the heavy ruck (D) each Sun. It adds so many intangibles, including the 3hrs of serenity with myself in nature. I really do appreciate all of the hard work you've put in to all of this. I have been officially turned into a monster nerd math WildMatt.
My 3 main training tools are Clubs, Landmine and Kettlebells. I'm Landmine University certified as well. One tool I would add to this group is the ViPR. Its designed for movement under load in all 3 planes with locomotion and level changes. Which also has great carryover to life and sport.
@@Pickleball_Longevity I'm ViPR certified as well. I also have my Institute Of Motion Mentorship. Which is by the creator of the ViPR Michol Dalcourt. Brilliant MAN
I was never a fan of barbells then I learned of landmines from Ben Bruno and I thought "That looks to be awesome!" Now I have confirmation from Mark Wildman.
The cameraman panning backwards and forth to try and find the perfect angle to keep them in frame while not getting a face full of cellulose or a dude with his legs apart sunbathing is hilarious.
Pável showed a similar exercise years ago. What I like about this format is the ease of travel with the equipment. Meh, give me a club, good enough for my needs
Just FYI for the Landmine University guys, your course links aren't working at the moment. I get error 404 on all of them :( I'd love to do the live course but I'm in Australia.
Nice catch …? LOL.. Man, what terrible timing to start digging while mindlessly looking on your phone LOL.. only would be worse if he slipped backwards while distracted and he lodged his hand .. that would have been that "million to one shot" from Seinfeld LOL

There needs to be some kind of MW-@weckmethod rotational training mind meld. Different philosophies & personalities but could land somewhere very interesting.

Could not agree more. Marks programming is amazing. Upgrading my arsenal.
Funny how Mark always looks like a regular dude, until he's standing next to a regular dude
I've never tried landmine before. Now I'm interested into researching the idea. Great conversation!

I love the VIPR
@@Pickleball_Longevity Its underrated. It requires reeducation that most people are too lazy to do. The rewards are tremendous though

I thought I was the only person who caught that. 😂😂😂
4:23 guy in the back is digging for gold
Hey Mark, I would love to see you and Jocko Willink do a video ❤❤❤
Wow. Love this. 🤯

New total knee replacement yesterday. Maui in 2 years.
Good wishes man
Hi Mark, have you been on any more podcasts lately? Is there a list of podcasts you have been on ,?

I wonder if you could landmine with an adjustable mace, or whether it wouldn’t be heavy enough
Not heavy enough

At 4:23, the guy in the background is digging in his bum super aggressively. Maybe he needs a shower 🚿 🤔
Can a fella not have a good scratch of his psoas and play a little pocket billards anymore 😅

if i may, and no disrespect intended, i don't like the abuse of the word "university"
I don't like the misuse of grammar, but I'll keep that myself. /s
Given the decline of universities maybe they should reconsider the name, I kid I kid
