I watch all your StS unedited vods. I have an ibscene amount of hours in the game and currently on a 9 game A20 heart kill streak w defect. If i start over and record my runs and just upload them to youtube could i vye for a record just doing that or is there some community i should be in? Thx!
There is no official authority for validating records or anything like that, so people's opinions on what is or isn't valid differ. Generally, in the Baalor community, we think peoples achievements shouldn't be gatekept, so if there is reasonable proof like a stream archive or other recording, we'd consider it valid. If you plan to record to youtube, I would recommend making a seperate Spire profile for the streak only, and showing your run history at the start and end of every video. That way, you show people you didn't play any runs in between that you didn't record.
