Fun facts: Kamphaeng Phet is meaning diamond wall in Thai, and the historical park is a part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
This waterfall is definitely next level and up there with the other beautiful waterfalls in the world! You blend in well with the paddy fields, paddy! Love the song! 👍

The name Kamphaeng Petch was translated to Thai from the ancient name in old language "Chakang Rao" meaning walls of diamonds.

Exquisite capture here Paddy!!! Your recorded journey have left an impression i shall never forget. Now realise there's so much more to Thailand, places I've not yet explored. Can't get enough of the stone work from the Sukhothai era, one can feel the presence of the people who came to make merit 'tamboon'. As for Instagram locations, have always found 'including some tourist' makes it more palatable!

I really enjoy your video’s, nice work! The Instagram log and watching people take selfies made me chuckle. I did a lot of traveling in the 80’s and 90’s, have few photos but a lot of great memories. Digital cameras and cell phones really changed things.

Glad the waterfall problem was raised and couldn't agree more. Some waterfalls you have to walk quite a distance from the car park and when you reach it, you see people picnicking, bottles of coke hanging around and it just completely ruins the "nature vibe". Anyway, great work as always and look forward to your upcoming adventures!

Good job for all your videos, you can guess that with the numbers of views and followers you have you give good moments to many people watching your videos but personally I need to tell you that your posts give me after a 12hours work every day a distraction and motivation waiting for the moment to go back Thaïland, I have a flat in Chiang Mai, bought it just before COVID but cannot enjoy it : I miss Thailand and hope that soon we can come back there to enjoy this beautiful country with beautiful people.
Thank you to share with us all your adventures, we know that it require lot of efforts for you but definitely we appreciate it and for you it will be good memories.

Question: Is there any province in Thailand that doesn’t have its own unique gem that the locals can be so proud of and that visitors can enjoy? In my ongoing experience in Thailand, this to me is one of the amazing qualities of Thailand.

It's a very beautiful waterfall. I used to play it in summer, it has a sandy beach too but the water is very cold and clear.

Nice video Paddy, I've been to Khamphang Phet a couple of times and chilled out by
the waterfall for an afternoon, and I've bicycle'd around those magnificent ruins. Loved the footage & commentary. As you are heading north may I suggest you explore Si Satchanalai National Park, there are parts there that are real Indiana Jones stuff, but I'm guessing you may have past that far already by now. Loving the vids...poor old Dreamy, bless her, still faithfully limping along, give her an encouraging pat on the fuel tank from me..

Very beautiful landscapes!!! I admire your view of Isaan. You took so many spots also with high cultural value, as also wonderful spots beside the usual touristic mainroutes of people, nature and culture (you need not emphasize so much on broken motorbike and personality show, but maybe we can say, this is your special personal style). Added drone-perspektive and the wide range of provinces makes your videos very worthful. When you bring Buriram, I hope you visited Khao Phanom Rung, also traveling through Ubon, visiting Khao Phra Viharn. Good luck in going on.

My mate the ESOL teacher lived there and really liked it.
We love Kamphaeng Phet, our family has a couple of little motels there and we've got a block of land in town. Very chilled and welcoming place.
You don't if you are a foreigner/"farang." No land title deeds and no reciprocity. Only Thais. Be straight about it.
