Really glad you got a chance to talk with Joe. CC has been getting better and better with each release and the amount of hardware it can support in terms of control surfaces and control destinations keeps growing.
Been using Central Control for about a year now. Fantastic piece of software. Have used it with vMix and Blackmagic ATEMs. Sometimes both at the same time. Control surfaces I have used include the X-Touch Universal, Stream Deck, and a Tricaster LC-11 controller.
Interesting, particularly for the state logic that is built in and hence doesn’t need custom programming. Thank you for covering it Doug! I gotta test that 60 days trial now 😁
I announced it here in a video on my UA-cam channel a week before the show, as well as posting on my Discord server. Aaron Parecki and PhotoJoseph also noted on their channels and other social media that all of us would be there as well. The three of us had a meet-up with viewers of our channels on Monday.
Thanks for your insides from the NAB. Coming from Germany it is a good way to participate the show. Would be nice to hear your feedback on Skaarhoj, the combine Joe's software and the xkey hardware. What are the differences?
Joe would have to be the one to answer that. But from what he tells me about his platform and how he built it, porting to the Mac isn't something that would be easy to do.

Yeah, I had a nice long chat with Joe. He's a good guy and is working hard to produce a quality product.
My two favorite YT guys in one video! Epic!

Love Paul's camera work, he gets what he wants and it's as if he's watching the video as an end-viewer, top guy!
Yeah, Paul does an amazing job for sure.
great news. Thank you Doug !!!!
Looks like this is the go to for reliability and flexibility, for interfacing control with a range of video mixing and routing solutions.
I didnt know you would be here. would of loved to of met you.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll add that to my list of videos to create.
are you working on a MAC (Apple OS) version ? thx

Waiting for a detailed video on this?
I'm going to have to spend some time with it before I'm qualified to talk about it.
What is that hardware in front of the ATEM that looks like another switcher called?
Are you talking about the X-Keys controller?
@@djp_video The hardware he was pressing at 00:51 to 00:53
@@EasyyokeFilms Yes, that is an X-Keys controller.
