Yeah, I used to be like that too. Though I use the black nylon poofy ones with outer coarse layer for exfoliating, which are less of a breeding ground for mold and bacteria than actual "loofahs". That being said, they still need to be cleaned and replaced regularly, especially the ones I use with that outer white exfoliating layer, as they remove even more dead skin and other grossities than normal loofahs.
Shoot I use a different wash cloth each shower and use 2 different ones one for my body and one for my sensitive girl bits then wash them and I only use a towel once as well then wash it! I wash my boyfriends loofah in the washing machine inside a bag to not tear it apart in the washer and hang it to dry in a cool well ventilated bright room. And afterwards it always smells like tide and all clean and washed! Until I force him to get a new one or it comes apart in the washer lol then he has no choice
This is so stupid. Luffas are the most economical friendly sponge. You can literally compost them, and grow them at home sustainability. And if I'm being truly blunt, as an esthetician I don't recommend luffas or synthetic sponges as a whole. Exfoliant products like cellulose scrubs or round edged microfoliants are much better than a sponge and more consistent in size. You'll get a more even abrasion of the skin and you can recycle the packaging. Most people will not compost a luffa and just throw it out. But also, I don't like how they're vilifying luffas when they're a natural eco-friendly alternative. Overall, if you need and love a handheld sponge for exfoliation - get a luffa and not a plastic scrubber. But if you don't need that experience in your shower routine - get a marine friendly scrub that doesn't have plastic microbeads. Pumice is a great option or even sugar, but I wouldn't use that on the face
3 months........ hell I don't change mine or wash it at all. I only replace it once it falls apart.
👁👄👁
Same 😭🖐🏾 I didn’t know that
Nah 3 months is kinda gross to me on the tag it says replace every 2 months

You still alive?
That looks like a synthetic loofah though, which would hold more bacteria. The natural ones are much easier to keep clean.
Why does she act that way? And she still interrupts.
I never really watch or see her but I did see her act really rude on the show with emeril one time. She really does seem like a bitch..
@@awakenedblacktivist7018 I know this is old but this is pretty funny
