  • On July 3, 2024 I solo hiked to Pear Lake in the Wild Basin of Rocky Mountain National Park. This is a very long day hike but well worth it. Pear Lake is magnificent. It was a beautiful day to hike in the park. 13 miles and 2713 feet of elevation gain. The mileage signs in RMNP are notorious for being inaccurate. Please carry a GPS with you when exploring outside.

Wild basin looks amazing. Still a bit out of my ability range, loving the videos to keep pushing me on!

Thanks for showing an area I haven’t explored before. Hope to check it out one day and climb Ogallala Peak too

Thanks so much!!! You'll have no problem climbing Ogallala. You can conquer any summit.
