Thank you! Megan, you are the best. I literally typed in "as a graphic designer should I accept a payment plan from a client" and you pop up lol. This is my first client asking for a payment plan and I didn't know how to approach it and I was wondering was it even worth the hassle. Your video was brief and straightforward and this gave me some insight if I ever choose that method for payments.

What happens if the project takes longer than expected ...how does the payment plan work out after that? What does each separate payment look like & when do they get charged if the timeline gets pushed out a bit?

If the timeline gets pushed that final payment is not due until we are ready to launch or until the files are ready to be delivered. So I would adjust that last payment to be due right before the launch date. Hope that helps!
