- ♥ In today's video, I summarize 2019 as one of the worst and leave the year behind hehe. Time to look forward! My intention for 2020 is for the year to be more harmonious and to find a routine that works for me, both in my work-life but also privately. A year is long and a lot of things can change along the way, but regardless I hope to continue my growth and continue learning new things!

Your hair grows so fast!
I love your hair. Cut and colour. So much so that i went two days ago and cut all my hair off and started the process. My hair was mid back length and the cut turned out amazing. Now on to the lightening process. Soooo excited
Yay sounds awesome! :D I am enjoying the short hair and will enjoy the growth process as well. Don't regret cutting/shaving it at all. Just want it to look a little more styled. B)

Katrin you have so many of the issues I had struggled with in the past. I changed my diet and so much of it improved. I suggest you eat some healthy sources of animal products. When I was vegan my gut issue and my depression were through the roof. I hope you feel better in 2020 but please be open to some diet changes!

@@KatrinberndtI'm sorry, I had assumed due to all the videos you have made in the past with vegan meals. I didn't mean to offend, as I've seen many similarities with myself and you both mental and physical health wise. It seemed small but me eating differently helped my colitis and depression not be as bad as it was and I thought sharing that would be helpful. I wish you well in 2020 and hope this is a year for better health for us all mentally and physically ❤

Currently have the same issue with my hair. Think the 3 months were a mixed bag for me 😭 lost 2 people in my family. Lost my home in a fire 😭😭. My sons seizures starting again so new medication. Love the white background. Any plans to change ur hair colour? Love ur videos

How do you stay consistent with your new years resolution?
I make sure I keep them in mind and don't forget about them. Just thinking the thought and then hoping for the best is not going to work. I write them down in my planner and then make sure the decisions I make along the way lead me closer to my goals and visions. Look at them every day if you need to!

You see what my gripe is with UA-cam... They should be a utility (like your cell phone company) and you are in control of your channel (phone number) and all your content
always switch the word "problem" with "challenge."
also anything negative is reframed; a shitty situation is then actually challenging situation. You can meet and overcome challenges. also, ask yourself, what's good about this challenging situation--what catalyst can i potentially make this be?
