Custard biscuits/Custard melting moments/Custard butter Cookies

Ingredients
250g butter
3/4 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup cornflour
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cup Custard powder
2 cups cake flour
if dough is to stiff add 1 to 2 tablespoons cooking oil only if needed
bake 140 degrees
8-10 minutes

I ask maaf for troubling u soooooooooooo much , there's something I want to know, i see u have 2 melting moments ( im talking about where custard is added) so which one is more crispy, i do prefer my biscuits crispy , i want to try yours , other melting moment recipes i tried its soft or it is crispy but turns soft soooooo quick so I wanted to check yours

Slm i don't have cake flour on hand, but selfraising flour, can i use it to make the custard biscuits

Slm no cause the selfraising flour will cause cookies to spread these types off cookies doesn't call for baking powder
