just FYI... you'll want to go talk with the trader in garbage BEFORE progressing in main story, otherwise you'll miss a ton of content. the game actually warns you before going thru space restrictor to that new area where you'll place those 5 scanners.

the Stash above Chromes Stash has Tools in the Vicinity.
You have to climb into one of the 2 Silos or whatever they are
also the Tunnel where you fight the Bandits in, also has Tools in a Room to the side where the questmarker leaves you to
I was afraid you'd miss all those side quests! There's a bunch more, most of them are worth it imo. Now you're getting to a point in the game where I'd do all the side quests before continuing with the main story.
I love watching new S.T.A.L.K.E.R Videos everyday and your the best for it thank you this channel is goddamn blessed with good videos.

17:19 I know I'm late but you can talk to Cobra if you manage to kill everyone else but him. It was a real pain in the ass to do that and I think I either just had to damage him enough to drop into the "hurt" state... No, I think I just had to run up to him after killing everyone but him in his gang and then I could talk to him, but before the ability to talk to him triggered he was still shooting at me smh
If there's one thing that this mod taught me, not everyone in the Sunrise suit (and rookie suit even) is a good guy. The same applies for the "bandits" in their trench coats.

I know it only bothers me, but as a train lover, I can't really understand the concept of that train tunnel. The tracks are having a dead end in Agroprom, and it has a dead end in Garbage. Then what's the point? The trains were just going back and forth between these two locations? How they even get there? Interesting.
Well, in fact, according to old design documents, there was a plan to have an underground railway system under the whole zone, the old Yantar map had one small portion of it. Maybe there's a connection to this railway tracks somewhere between the two maps, in the tunnel, but we travel through it offscreen.

I don’t think *anybody* realizes that the assault armor has night vision. I don’t think it’s listed in the suit’s info on the inventory page, only on a technician’s upgrade page, saying you can bring it up to gen 2. I think I turned it on by accident the first time.
22:10 - there’s a tool kit in that first room in the bandit tunnel.

Same. I eventually managed to get Axe to run so I could kite them into an anomaly because the guns and my armor were useless. (I’m still wondering if my game was bugged and my protection stats were zero no matter what armor I had on.) This was what, the fifth time the game comes out of a cutscene and insta-kills you?
