I cant believe dolphins only sleep with half their brain. I have this image in my head of loads of sleeping dolphins floating unconsciously to the surface for air ahahaha

The reason a chameleon can change colors even when the creature itself can't see is because the skin changes to match the animal's mental state or mood, they change colors based on how they feel rather than what they see and while some have learned to manipulate this to blend into their surroundings it was a trait originally intended for communication between chameleons. They change colors around one another to communicate rather than to hide.
The neighbors were making a bit of noise when I recorded this, but that moment was quiet enough that I didn't notice it while recording or editing. Sorry about that! :P
ASMattR That was so trippy! I live in an apartment complex so I just thought it was people upstairs, but then I wondered "what if..." and rewound the video and sure enough "Wo-"*pause*"-oah!" I feel like distant background sounds like that have good ASMR potential. Playing with spatial awareness in a sound space and all that jazz. Frank the Binaural Microphone has played with that a bit.
I was relaxing to this video and I had the volume all the way up suddenly my mom came bursting into the room and she hates asmr and all she could hear was *a group of frogs is called a army* 😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
