Nice concept in theory, but I would be very concerned that buyers would have bought books and realized its the same patterns as others then complain. Imagine coloring the same designs when buying different books. Only thing changing is the quote. I think it's best to make unique designs for the background because there will be lots of repetitive content on kdp otherwise as everyone is probably downloading the same interiors from creative fabrica.
it's not really a theory though as this is how I have created my coloring books and I have never had any issues but I see where you're coming from. you can actually use Midjounrey to create the patterned backgrounds :)

I finally have my account and am beginning to play with it. I have my first coloring book in review. I did use creative fabrica but I made my own flower designs and quotes using a gazillion different elements. It was SO much work! Lol

Is there a difference between "Commercial and Full POD usage allowed" and "Commercial usage allowed" licences in creative fabrica? Some items have one and some the other. Can we use either one?
yes there is a difference. POD means you can use "as is" which i do not recommend. as long as you use the graphics in combinations with other graphics to create designs then you should be ok. but I highly suggest reading all of their licensing agreement so that you know what you can and can't do: www.creativefabrica.com/subscription-license/ www.creativefabrica.com/single-sales-license/

you can give your text a drop shadow so that it pops
