You have got to be kidding me. I have spent countless hours taking down my daughters braids over the years. This is so easy and simple, what an awesome idea!!!!
I have extra small knotless braids and It usually takes me 7+ hours to take them all down and I got them down in two using this method! thank you thank you!
This is a quick and easy way to get it done but you have to remember that your hair is weak when you take down any protective hairstyle so you have to be gentle and careful with it but I loved the video girl I definitely learned something ❤️
I was at 2 and a half hours…back aching and frustrated when I said there had to be an easier way to do this and came across your video…you’re awesome thank you so much…I’m about to set a one hour timer and I should be done, de tangled and twisted for the night…thanks
Even easier way is to wet the braids , slather in conditioner , be generous . (Cut still )And then brush like that. Makes brushing super easy and then they slide out when you get closer to the root
So grateful I ran across this video! Saved me so much time. Now I won't dread taking my hair down as much. Such a time saver. Thank you a million times over!!!
I have braids for the first time in my life (I'm in my 50s), and it's been 5 weeks so I'm ready to take them out. I wasn't sure what to do, so I Googled it and that sent me to you!!! Thank you so much for doing this video!!! 🤗🤗🤗
This is amazing!!! I just tried it on a section of hair too see if it would work as easily as shown and yes!!!! Basically took down the lower chuck of my braids in like 5mins! Why isn't everyone doing this!?!?!? Thank u thank u thank u!!!!!💖
This is my first time with small knotless braids. I have to work 10 hours today. My appt to have my hair done is tomorrow. My friend told me to start early and start in the middle in case I need to go some place. I cut the ends off lastnight and took down 2 braids. I was so frustrated. Thanks to you, I now have hope. I was trying to figure out what I could use to speed up the process. I'm planning to treat my scalp to some black castor oil and get busy with my rat comb and detangling brush. I will set a timer to see how long it takes. I have shoulder length hair. Thanks a bunch!
Wow, it normally takes me about 2 to 2.5 hours if I need to take a break for lunch. I'll be trying this later this afternoon, I'm getting knotless braids done this Thursday!

Oh okay that is an idea I can try. I love using an oil like olive oil. Then an old leave in conditioner afterwards.

I'm literally taking out my braids now at 9pm and I've had them for 3 months exactly 🤣
I want to know if it doesn't pull on my real hair to much before I try it.
She literally said hold the braids @ the base while combing so you don’t pull your own hair

Hi stranger . Just wanted to let you know that Jesus loves you and so do I
does anyone know how to get the gel out when can you take out the box braids 😭
(this is my first time)
Use a mixture of warm water and leaving conditioner in a spray bottle and spray it on the build up, that should do the job.
@@beverlysworld9872 thank you !!!!!!
Why is she in her car doing this video.
Definitely trying this later today 😭🤍
Does this work for feed in braids?
