The video showed the car doing crackles with the exhaust as stock but my stock 2006 audi a4 2.0T quattro doesn't do that, is there something else done to the exhaust?
The mufflers as still in place, the resonator box is deleted using a straight bit of pipe, I believe it's stainless as it has a lifetime guarantee on it. Just take it to a custom exhaust shop and they will sort you out.
Hi Joe, I believe the car has been remapped (Revo stage 1) and I've also got a Simota performance panel filter. You won't be disappointed by the result car sounds awesome, growls rather than the whine you get from a Civic or other Ricer type cars.
Nice video. Do you have any videos of the car from outside whilst driving? You mention no drone between 60 and 70, does it drone at lower speeds at all?
Hi mate I’ve got exactly the same car the special edition. Really lost with what to do in terms of exhaust I just want a bit more from it in terms of noise. Don’t like my cars too loud so is this a noticeable difference and would you recommend
Hi mate, this sounds like exactly what you want . I was looking for the same thing and this was the perfect combination of extra noise when you want it but also no drone and fairly quiet when cruising.
@@JoshKemponcars thanks was quoted 220😂 think ill get some pipe orderd and custom fab one my self with my mig welder as i dont have a tig hence why i was gunna get someone to do it for me 150 isnt a bad price though
Hey man. I’ve just had a central resonator delete on my 07 2.0t A6 and got no difference in sound. Is your Audi dual exhaust? Mine is and I’m thinking that could be the issue being dual exits
No idea why it was so loud. I had a performance panel filter on it along with a Revo stage 1 remap and the resonator delete. Maybe the fact that it was the Special edition? BUL engine perhaps?
Nice, we have the same car. Im having this done to my Miltek system this week. Can't wait!
Ah awesome man, should sound awesome with the Milltek system! 👌
I've got a really quiet miltek system no idea why it's so quite
Mine is completely stock apart from the res delete.
I've got a DECAT but want a bit more so imma take the res off
Oh okay, I’m surprised it’s not loud already!
I have a 07 Audi A4 b7 Quattro I did a res delete and muffler delete and my Audi sounds no different then it did before stock and I need answers
That's impossible!? I would suggest putting the mufflers back on maybe?

The car had a Revo stage 1 tune so possibly that, other than that the car was standard before the exhaust mod.
What pipes did you use to replace the muffler and resonator delete ? NEED HELP with my b7

I have the same but cabriolet version, does it idle loud after resonator delete? I just want it to be loud when I really floor it
When you first start it up it’s a bit loud, but once the engine is warm it’s relatively quiet and only loud when floored. It’s a good balance.
Have you got any other mods as mines standard & dosent crackle I'm looking to do this mod today but I'm worried it'll end up sounding like a civic.

Hi Matt, I will do soon! Just getting the time to do it. No real drone as such
@@JoshKemponcars ok great. I look forward to them. I'm currently considering a resonator delete or potentially just muffler delete
Good to hear, a resonator delete is a great mod! Highly recommend it.

Hi mate got same car and want this done aha how much did it cost you?
Well worth it mate, £150 @ Infinity Exhausts in Bath, Somerset.

U have test pipe as well?
No, just res delete. Original cat and mufflers still in place
Nice car mate, always liked the B7, I had a B8 2.0TDI for a few years and loved it, but much preferred the B7 once i sat in it! Is the 2.0 TFSI a v6?
Cheers buddy, no it's just a 4 cylinder turbocharged engine. Thanks for taking the time to view my video and leave a comment.
The 3.2 FSI version has V6 engine. :)
@@Playstationpotato88 yes! Although the 0 to 60 is quite disappointing for a 3.2 V6, especially compared to a BMW 330
Agreed! 0 to 60 (7secs) is roughly the same on a standard 2.0T to the 3.2 V6 however once remapped you probably get 0.3 to 0.5 off that.
Why is your car so loud stock mine quiet asf
