Jimny competes with the top off-roaders in the world..😊😊😊😊 Basically Jimny is the upgrade version of gypsy but with comfort and BLD .I have a gypsy (2018) and bought Jimny AT in 2023 ( Mehngi waali😂😂😂) but I am happy with the vehicle. Even with stock tyres it performs well on snow and sand. One more reason for not buying Thar is that few people have done things with it that it's now considered in Chapri category like KTM😮😮😮😮

The reason, jymny tires are not slipping as roxx. Because Jymny has a low rpm compared to roxx. Secondly, driver in the roxx is throttling at high rpm. Roxx has a mud mode, which can control the throttle response. So, roxx and jymny are totally different thing, no comparison.
Excellent performance by Jimny ❤ love it. Benefits of power to weight ratio. Both Thar & Jimny are good for offroading, love indian brand, Thar doing good but Jimny has excellent proven record for offroading internationally. Most of that's weight comes from big engine and gearbox. Heavier chassis and axel with big tyres...body will have similar weight profile (not same weight)
Was the Roxx an auto ? If not, then the drivers should have changed cars for a fair competition. The Jimny's auto gearbox is a proven and time tested one and shush is the least of obstacles that can disturb its composure. One must realize that speed is NOT the criteria for a decision here, in such circumstances, it should be evaluated on lesser wheel spin and engine rpm. No doubts who is the clear winner in this case, though.
To be fair to Thar I think the Thar driver is not using the crawl in low range - Thar should also be equally easy. Also Jimny is a pure off-roader not good on road. Thar is a balanced, better looking and more luxurious product anyday. 😊❤
