At 1:30 we can see clearly that the spot lights in rafters are cut by the fan ... A good designer needs to take care of this aspect as well

Trust me... I made a mistake for not going with Interazzo. I was carried away by the local guys saying companies defraud a lot. But actually he did. Spent more than what interazzo quoted but less of finishing. Also had to monitor them. Utter waste of money and patience with indpendent carpenters. I wish I could go back and opt for Interazzo. Sorry Priyanka, you assured us a lot but our bad that we couldn't let you work on our house. I wish I could go back 1.5yrs and re do it.
In case I get an opportunity to build new home, I am going with interazzo only.

Living area colour code & finish
I wonder with so much neutral colour, what home owners do for maintenance!, after 10years, will it be possible to look neat and clean?,tons of lighting fixtures make increase in temperature.nowa day mostly each and every designers promote LED light,it is their responsibility to minimise extra light fixtures.
Neutral colours are always easy to maintain. On contrary darker pallets need extra attention, more dust is visible in darker shade interiors.
@@kalpitatanwar9593 that’s actually right. And quite frankly, if people maintained their homes regularly it’s pretty easy to make it look spick and span.

I am yet to see a designer who can do me the lighting without false ceiling.
It is impossible to do that, you will have to cut grooves in the ceiling and then fill them up. And if you want to change it after 5-6 years.. repeat. False ceiling allows for easy modification as and when needed
This is fabulous! However, am I the only one who wants to see the utility area and bathrooms 🙈
Yes.. utility is very important for a house. And I feel microwave unit may be difficult to manage at the pass way i.e at the door to utility.

Probably the first video I've seen with cost details provided. That's what's missing form almost all interior videos. People don't want to just see the videos, we'd like a break down the cost associated with it. If a breakdown is give by scale(like grades) that would be groundbreaking in the interiors market. It should be like assemble what you need and get the cost
