I have an enlarged prostate i am on Dutstride for over a year it’s got much better. Will trt cause prostate inflammation ? And can i continue to take dutstride while on trt ?

Whats your opinion on enclomiphene for low LH and FSH? Is it of any use as I read ppl saying it raised their levels but they felt no different

Better off using hcg with trt at minimally suppressive dose. Enclo blocks many estrogenic pathways that felt like borderline psychosis over the year I was on it. It may have also contributed to coming down with a bout of encephalitis due to blocking the estrogenic neuroprotective effects in the brain. There are no long term studies on it's safety so stick to basic test and hcg.
