Hi dr Tito, the up-converter used here is only for 435MHz - not for 28MHz! Additionally, it would be very difficult to achieve a reasonable/acceptable suppression of unwanted signals at 2400MHz with an input of 28MHz; it´s difficult enough with 435MHz where i need an external bandpass for 2400MHz. 28MHz would require multiple mixing up to 2400MHz (and a clever frequency scheme to avoid any spurii inside the 2400MHz-band). Same applies for down conversion.
BEAUTIFULL WORK.....

Tnx for your comment. The last stage including antenna is just under construction - video coming soon.
@@dl7majstefan753 merci mon ami le fait de me répondre c'est un grand plaisir pour moi .Encore merci de CN8MM
Good video. Beautiful instruments! Tek 492, 7904? or a7704? and 8640b oldies but goldies!
It´s a 7904; additionally hanging around here a 7834 and a 7104 with many plugins...
Yes, i like them too - much more than this modern digital stuff.
Excellent. Can you provide links to purchase the upconverter and power amp that you are using? All the Best, 2M0IJU

Hi Stefan!
Input of 435mhz or 28mhz, would be the same configuration?

I intend to start with this transverter, and I want to use 28mhz in the input. Http://www.dxpatrol.pt/index.php/kits
Schade in Englisch.
