Ironic, I was taught that both are valid with different applications. The bicycle version/mistake is like a hammer that intercepts. The correct way is a knock back.
I think WC works best on a fighter that are not ready to fight, as many skilled fighter have the rule that you do not stand so close to your opponent, a great footwork it what makes a fighter the best someone said 🤔😉
