I found your poetry 5 years ago. I found comfort in your words and inspiration in how you say them. I lost my mother on November 5th 2019 to cancer nobody knew about until she was gone. I went to treatment for heroin addiction the day after christmas, today I have 70 days. I just needed to tell you how important your writing has become to me, especially after hearing this. Thank you so much.

When catching the essence of...
bliss...
The feeling of being
alive...
being able to share and revel in the beauty of seeing others succeed...
wishing them...
well...
wishing them joy...
and above ALL ELSE
at the expense of a lifetime...
whatever it takes, to watch and be involved with BUILDING CONFIDENCE
in our children...
In a world like this...
Where the creativity to cast diss's has entered into its own art form...
To where it can enter into poetry even...
With such enthusiasm and pride...
To have had the opportunity to be a father of 5 and now grandfather of 2 is a blessing which I will always cherish.

Someone once said that being a good parent is like being an academy award winning actor that one will never receive an award for. But in that silent beauty of living through others, through little ones, getting to watch them accomplish something and be proud of themselves... now thats the good stuff 😊
