Good video! Good camera!! And the scenes at night, extremely clean! 😍
0:11 literally looks like it came out of a film. Excellent work as always bro.
Hi I really need help with choosing a lens for weddings for my fuji xt3 but planning on getting the xh2s I was just going to buy the tamron 17-70mm f/2.8 but im now seeing allot of people saying to get the canon sigma 18 35.
I would much prefer the 1.8 aperature for low light and better depth but does that mean I need to buy a second lens for the longer local length? And have to always be switching between the 2 lenses? I have never done a wedding before. Thank you!
Yo, good question. It's always a bit of a dilemma, 18-35 definately for me anyway isn't enough length for a full day, especially if you want to be not in everyones face all the time. 18-35 is a beast of a lens, and gets used in high ish end productions because its so good. But if I had to pick between just an 18-35 and a 17-70 I'd probably lean towards the 17-70. If you can budget for two though the 18-35 paired with a 50/56 prime is the best combo. I had the 16-55 fuji and the range was great but the 2.8 was a little too dark some of the time. Viltrox do a fairly cheap 56mm which is good.
@@jpvideokent i saw you have a 50-100mm, but do you think a 56mm prime is close enough? which shots do you need the long one for which part of the wedding. thank you bro
i really dont want to be close to peoples faces lol
maybe i should invest in a 2nd long range lens. i have a prime 16mm 1.4 and when i compare it to my zoom 2.8 at night its much better
@@edi18912 I've switched the 50-100 out for the fuji 50mm f1 now and I haven't missed the range at all, and it's much smaller so I'd say 56mm is plenty
do you recommend the lumixs5ii full frame or the xh2s for video?
I've heard panasonic auto focus is still not good enough, but I don't know anything about the s5ii
did you have to use any ND filters? great work!
Yeah, I have Tide Optics & Gobe
Great work as always! Was this graded flog or graded classic chrome? And do you edit in Davinci Resolve?
Thanks, flog 2, and yeah edited and graded in resolve
@@jpvideokent Nice. Man, I this isn’t a tutorial channel or anything like that, so I won’t ask for help lol. But I’m grading my first batch of 60fps wedding footage. Shot it at 60fps 1/120ss, editing on a 24fps timeline - and the footage is choppy/jittery during playback at both 100% & 50% speed. I tried editing it on a 60fps timeline as well but it was still choppy. I’m curious if you experience the same and it plays back normally after export, or if you don’t experience it at all (if not I’ll figure it out).
@@Eyeofkamau Instead of slow the footage by % I interpret / modify the footage to 24fps in the view window and it will then play back in slow mo. Depends what you edit in as to the name, just right click and you should see it.
@@jpvideokent whaaaaaaat, okay I edit in resolve too and will try this out. Thank you very much 🙏🏽
Can you share this color palette with me?
hello, can I ask which adapter do you use for the lenses? Is it the fringer pro?
It's = Fringer EF-FX II (not the pro)
Why did you choose not to mic them?
Keep it seperate for the full length ceremony and speeches videos.
